Here's the thing, unless you are a species of a frog (which they been documented to change their biological gender depending on their environment) then there is no way humans can change their genes on a monocular scale unlike what we see with amphibians.

So unless Homo sapiens (that's us) start to develop amphibian-type traits through evolution, whatever gender you are born with is what you get for the rest of your life and no amount of pumping hormones into your own system will ever change that anyway.
