If he wanted to go as an attendee, that is his right even if it makes others uncomfortable, but he is not respecting that boundary. If someone walked up to him and asked for an autograph? Sure. There's no issue with that. Setting up camp at someone else's booth because they aren't there yet? That's where the issue is.

All the pictures KV uses to smear Vic are old pictures from his fans, usually taken from their twitter accounts, without their consent.
In all honesty I doubt the lawsuit costs is going to render him homeless. Unlike most VAs Vic understands basic economics adding on to the fact that he does very well at con appearances/autograph lines.
