I think it would be good practice to refer to Lucas exclusively by his real name rather than his troon name, Clara, or his online nic, Keffals. Deadnaming a troon is like sprinkling holy water on a vampire with these people. It triggers them and unhinges them and makes them even crazier than they already are.
I would guess this is because most of them underwent this drastic process not because they suffer from gender dysphoria, which is a real physiologically based condition afflicting an infinitesimally miniscule minority of unfortunate people, but because they're filled with intense self-loathing to the point of pathological neurosis, probably as the result of sexual or psychological abuse during their formative years. They want to kill their old selves and go through the hormones and the surgeries in an act of self-annihilation.
Think of it as a kind of pseudo-suicide. They want to make their old, repulsive selves dead and be reborn as something completely new, different, and beautiful--which would, of course, explain why so many off themselves after their big butterfly transformation, when they have that stark moment of clarity while painfully dilating the wound between their legs or while looking at themselves in a mirror and suddenly seeing themselves as the hideous, mutilated freakshows they've become, and the realization washes over them no sane person would ever want them and there's no going back. It's all been so pointless. They're life is a waste.
So yeah: Lucas, that's his name. You know who I'm talking about, that weird, quiet loner kid nobody ever noticed back in high school. Whatever happened to him, anyway?
However, I say this is 100% Lucas himself. This is the "campaign" part 2. The note is a joke and totally fake.
