Since it's obvious that the accusations against KF are unsubstantiated, and that KF never endorses doxxing or any criminal behaviour. So CF dropping KF means a deliberate targeted action on a wrongful accusation. And from the archives, perhaps it could be sufficient to prove that Keffals was indeed the mastermind.
(KF cannot be liable against the stupidity or gayops of members, since that would mean other socmed are also liable for the stupidity of their users)

So is anyone well versed enough in the laws to answer this?

Legal recourse is generally unlikely I think. Assuming something is done or has been done that is both illegal and provable on the part of Lucas, Josh could have something but honestly it usually winds up not being tied up in court with fucking weirdos like this. There might be some civil suit stuff over libelous remarks about being a pedophile while threatening his family since it'd be reasonable that many jurisdictions would consider the false association of a person with a federal crime with the intent to present the threat as a fact could maaaaaaybe stretch into libel territory. I don't know jack shit about the law though, and I doubt that Null has much desire to go to court until/unless something really devastating happens.

Very far-fetched but if he was able to compromise one of null's servers he could look at the http logs and cross-reference it with the logs on his site to find IP's logging onto both then start looking for other clues based on the public IP. He'd only get the publics though so if you're worried just disconnect your modem/demarc layer 3 device from your ISP and let it sit for a few hours and/or call the ISP up and claiming a server of yours is getting DDOS'ed and you need a new public. There's other forensic tools he could use to investigate assuming a breach but the breach situation is already pretty far-fetched.

Analytics can provide the referral link you clicked on. He could attempt to pick on any IP whose referral is from the farms.

The most dangerous adversary is the one that stops being selective about their quarry, and just picks a broad direction.

The dropkiwifarms site notes that DDOS protection (regardless of how effective) is a 'critical' aspect to getting Cloudflare to drop services for the farms. There is only one reason this could be 'critical' - to make the criminal act of DDOSing the site more effective. They are completely mask-off with this hilariously stupid statement.

If you are new to Keffals/Dropkiwifarms/Mango Ranch, this is good evidence that they are absolutely fine with using criminal methods, or condoning them, to take down the farms. Something the movement is supposedly entirely against.
