Since my dumbass question was asked only minutes before the previous thread was closed, I'll ask again here.

So is it possible for Null to sue CF or Keffals should Keffals manage successfully harrass CF to drop KF? And especially if a ddos comes right after?

Since it's obvious that the accusations against KF are unsubstantiated, and that KF never endorses doxxing or any criminal behaviour. So CF dropping KF means a deliberate targeted action on a wrongful accusation. And from the archives, perhaps it could be sufficient to prove that Keffals was indeed the mastermind.
(KF cannot be liable against the stupidity or gayops of members, since that would mean other socmed are also liable for the stupidity of their users)

So is anyone well versed enough in the laws to answer this?

Short answer: there's a few cognizable arguments moreso than a slam-dunk, and considering what Null alleges he pays for cloudflare, probably not worth it should such an eventuality occur in the first place.

Longer answer:
It'd be far from certain considering the issues other companies paying for services have had getting the courts to do jack shit about getting deplatformed overnight because of some progtard pressure campaign, but the tortious interference argument (or potentially some contract related arguments which are very state dependent) isn't insane and a competent lawyer could probably put together a decent case...at a cost of around $300-$600 an hour.

Proving damages with regards to cloudflare in general might be an issue though, which limits the potential upside of a win. For a real "win" Null would need to have cloudflare service restored, make up all the lawyer's billable hours, costs, and fees, and actually get monetary damages, all of which is decided after most of the money is already spent.

Ironically, outside of a lawyer deciding to help out pro-bono for shits and giggles, Null suing someone else could actually put the site in more peril (financially) than almost all the alternatives so in this case "just doing more business" (merch runs, etc.) while laughing at the seething stench-elementals is probably the easy and most beneficial route.
