Yes. But let’s not pretend everyone does not view the phrases exactly the same way with how Nick was using them and that Nick was not being a standard lawyer when he said he did not know that.

It would have been more honest to say 'yes I meant it but not as a threat'

A lot of the stream seems to be Nick placating the guy and getting his guard down. Theres a few major bits of contention before but if you want to skip to the fireworks scrub the video looking for Nick's piss break, he's much more focused from that point on.

Yeah Nick seems to get bored (or drunk enough) around half 2-3 hours in and just goes off on him.
I'm just impressed that Nick was able to hold out as long as he did, even for a Brit this guy is intolerable.
