If your product is connectivity and you take an axe to your probably unpopular customers whenever a screech mob starts flailing around and shitting themselves, you won't get new customers because they'll be worried you won't deliver the service they're paying for. Also the first time you do this, every other bunch of nutjobs realizes you'll cave in, so you encourage further terrorism by whatever batch of freaks can't cope with the fact a website is out there that disagrees with them.

If there's any high enough resolution pictures, the lunula (that little crescent shaped white thing at the base of a thumbnail or fingernail) is as identifying a biometric as fingerprints.
