He is absolutely throwing out a frame of time during which he expects anyone who supports his general cause but isn’t a bootlicker to forget about the entire thing so he can keep the money with zero blowback. Zoe Quinn has been successfully ducking requests for transparency and refunds from her Chuck Tingle game kickstarter for over six years. Kickstarter sure as fuck isn’t going to make her accountable; they got their percentage the moment it was funded and now either they couldn’t care less or they’re afraid of the outcry of taking action against another professional victim.
We will not see any legal challenge of a degree such that it would warrant six figures. Not ever. Bet.

Journalists are scum and the whole profession has lost any credibility or prestige it once had but with that being said, I don't know if it's the right tactic to be aggressive with them. I understand that any comment is likely to either be ignored or brushed off because they already have the story written but if you're given the chance to have any input then you should. Failing that, simply refuse to comment.
I'm sympathetic to how frustrating going over the same topics, especially when the info is already out there is but I would make a concise and difficult to misinterpret statement on the false accusation of kiwifarms being responsible for the deaths of three people, with a focus on the fact that Byuu is still alive as far as the US government is concerned. The forum operates within the law, something that can't be said for Keffals and his crew. These people are all very dirty and you can just take you pick of any tweet or video clip to prove it.
You fundamentally can't win with these people but don't think that you can simply not play their game.

It seems like history is repeating itself. Promising to use funds for one thing and instead splurging on anything and everything is super analogous to Cloe Segals face metal removal surgery, and how with how blatent and in your face with it all feels like how the trans suicide hotline spent they're funds. I think the main thing that won't allow Lucas to be hit with any kind of fraud is that gofundme doesn't want to have a suicide on their record like indiegogo has. Not to say that keffals is suicidal, I think he's too full of himself to be.
