I didn't actually know about this anecdote because I don't keep track of Japanese lolcows often (My knowledge of the language is limited and very cursory so it's hard for me to dig deeper), that's actually hilarious.

A lot of Japanese pornstars are pretty attractive. It's part of their industry, at least the professional JAV part, anyway. Searching around on YT with the query "Hasegawa Kazuki Chainsaw" (「長谷川かずきチェーンソー 」) gives me this video:
The chainsaw makes its first appearance shortly after 5:40, and the action starts around 6:15 with him approaching the site. Chainsaw revving at 13:40 and 14:08. Other timestamps with action include: 15:50, 16:25, and 16:55. He gets his package around 18:20 and from there you can see the poor delivery service people apologizing profusely to him. Sad!

I remember an individual in the tokusatsu (Kamen Rider, Super Sentai) fandom (both the foreigner and native sides) by the name of "Bueno" who originally worked with the JAV production company GIGA as a stunt coordinator before creating his own production studio called "Garage Hero" where he started trying to market himself as an independent producer with nothing but crude and cheap poorly made fight scenes.
At one point Bueno claimed he was trained by a high profile stuntman in the tokusatsu scene by the name of Takaiwa Seiji (The truth was Bueno was attending a weekly course intended for teenagers as a grown man). Another time, a bit more recently, he made indirect death threats against several English speaking """tokusatsu journalists""" through a crude video game pitch he was working on. If it seems relevant I might give a basic summary of what I can scrounge up. The summary would likely be in English.

After all that, getting his dad to drive him to the depot after hours, bringing a chainsaw to threaten and berate the employees...he pays for it, gets it home and then finds out he can't use it because it takes a nano sim card and he only has a micro sim.
edit: They actually attempted delivery but due to a few factors (his wife not being home or not hearing the delivery guy, his mum being in the bath at the time and his dad sending it back because he said he had no cash on hand) they took it back to the depot as they didn;t receive their cash on delivery.

Bueno - I think his full name used to be "Joe Bueno" is this overweight mutt who moved to Japan out of his tokusatsu dreams.
He makes little headway outside of pornography with GIGA, a JAV production studio best known for making parodies of classic tokusatsu properties with the punchline being a heroine is raped and often-killed. He coordinated the stunts for it, taking cues from his weekly courses "studying" under Takaiwa Seiji at a seminar intended for basically children interested in action shows. At some point he gets it in his mind that he can totally do this on his own.
This causes him to start up Garage Hero, which on one side legit did have some interesting videos detailing how to make your own hero suits for cosplay purposes. On the other side is his gamut of crappy little vertical slice pitches for toku hero shows - all of which are deleted now because of his autistic hyperfixation on his main project I'll discuss a little later.
He finally hits some paydirt with the creation of "Gun Caliber," an intentionally raunchy and gory action comedy which in reality is just unfunny and relies on smut because the only actors he could hire were pornstars and extras in porn.
He unironically is proud of his suit.
He makes some money off of DVDs and is fully convinced he can "make it" with this. So begins his saga and fixation on "Strega," his new hero project he's been shilling and trying to make the pinnacle of indie tokusatsu since 2010 (He worked on Gun Caliber simultaneously, but that was completed in 4 years - Strega didn't come out until 2019).
He's been so fixated on it he pretty much has dropped all other career prospects for it, at one point even making a crappy April Fool's prank claiming he sold the rights to Toei to make the next Kamen Rider season. As you stated, the tokusatsu "fandom" is full of autists largely from The U.S. and South-East Asia who are so stupid they bought it even after everyone pointed out that was almost as retarded as Bueno himself is.
His present grift is trying to make a video game out of it, and at one point made a level in it where you, as Strega, shoot up a building quite literally called "TokuNet Headquarters" - in reference to the Tokusatsu Network (the primary "journalistic" source for tokusatsu news for English speakers), featuring names of major writers and editors for the site whom you have to shoot to progress.
These are the only screenshots I have on hand, but the writers named here are Max Ellis, "MachDent" Dustin, and Nicole Amber - two writers and the current editor-in-chief IIRC.
There's other random, gossipy little anecdotes about him but nothing as special, aside from his hatred of a guy named Tom Constantine, whom the English fandom is currently praising because he just got a named role as a character in the upcoming Kamen Rider season, and unlike Bueno is an actually pleasant person. Unfortunately a lot of his more interesting stuff like his weird backwards racism and his implications of threatening female cast members of his productions have been lost to time due to him clearing out his old social media. All that's left is a rarely updated Facebook page and his website. Not bothering to archive either because neither have anything interesting. All he seems to do nowadays is outsource his tiny little stunt team and struggle to develop a video game (likely intentionally for the crowdfunding grift)
What about Japanese artcows? Ray-K (aka Ray_Kbys), best known as the creator of the loli game Teaching Feeling (which set a record for number of downloads), seems to have quite the history of batshit insane behavior if you feel like digging through old 4chan threads. I only remember a few stories like how he is a legitimate shut-in who studied abroad in the US and would force his roommates to do everything for him. He speaks fluent English but often refuses to engage with anyone speaking English to him. He also blocks anyone he sees speaking Spanish since he once saw a Spanish speaker on Twitter asking for/sharing links to a pirated copy of his game to another Spanish-speaker. If you talk to him and he sees any Spanish on your page, you're blocked. I always thought he'd probably have a thread here if he weren't Japanese.

OP seems fine really. Definitely for internationale clique as a general japanese discussion thread on lolcows (I'd argue that it's a really underrated topic.. almost no one talks about any japanese lolcows, and trust me, it's a huge unexplored farm down there lol, knowing how batshit insane japanese people and chinks are). I'd suggest putting more information and screenshots of the Syamu_Game guy, since most of the descriptions are extremely vague, also archive all links.
I don't follow any Japanese lolcows, but it seems like the wrestling community is full of them. Like even more than the otaku community. Otakus at least hide their faces and names.
