The rich in NYC are chauffeured around in limousines and helicopters. They don't ride public transit.
Ex-Mayor DeBlasio famously never used public transit except for photo ops and was chauffeured to the gym in an SUV every day.

Even the upper class in NYC barely use public transit anymore. Uber has really changed the game and drove down the famously high prices of NYC taxis. Additionally, NYC is the walkable paradise that these people want, so a lot of people simply walk everywhere, or take an ebike.
The idea that some rich fuck is going to commute from his penthouse to Wall Street using a crime ridden underground metro is an outdated idea. That made sense when driving in NYC was more dangerous and Times Square was unironically one of the most dangerous places in the US. Driving a luxury car was a guaranteed car jacking. Today that is not the case. Pulling out a luxury purse or wallet in the sticks is asking to get mugged while carjackings are rare.
Anyone who can avoid public transit in NYC, does. It wasn't always this way, but it is now.

This is MPLS Bike Wrath, or Bike Lane Bill on reddit. He's the crybully to end all crybullies and the bugman all bugmen aspire to be. He lost his license due to his severe anger issues and now rides a bike all over Minneapolis trying his hardest to find and escalate problems. My favorite incident from him was when he blared his obnoxious air horn and annoyed a pedestrian into throwing a cookie at him. He then followed the pedestrian while calling the cops to press charges of assault. Unfortunately I can no longer find this video, but I'm trying to dig it up.

Rick's cabaret is some strip club that's otherwise not noteworthy, but there MPLS Bike Wrath got beaten up and had his bike stolen.

The video that best typifies his behavior is this one where he cuts off a USPS van and flips out when the USPS van doesn't like it, he flips his lid and screeches about being "assaulted".

His behavior got so autistic that even redditors got sick of him, with r/BikeCammers no longer tolerating his videos. So now he has his own echo chamber at r/CyclistsWithCameras where there are even more videos from other people who behave the same way MPLS Wrath does.

MPLS Bike Wrath and many of these cyclist people also retweet or support anti-car, anti-freedom rhetoric on the basis of their safety.

At the end of the day this just seems like the biker equivalent of road rage and this guy clearly has a massive chip on his shoulder. I've used the bike lanes that exist in around in my town if I didn't want to drive or wanted some exercise and it never once crossed my mind to act like such a massive faggot, if there's a car with emergency lights on I'd just GO AROUND IT. So now Chuck's lawsuit will finally resume, of course he is not happy about the decision and taking it to the court of appeals.

In the United States, you are allowed to deadname and misgender troons, dox people, call people nigger faggot tranny kikes and there is jack shit they can do about it legally. (This is why this website is still up and Keffals' troon comrades are resorting to illegal means like DDoS to take it down.) You cannot, however, post something like "I am going to kill Joe Smith with a gun at his address 1234 Main St" because that is specific speech which can be reasonably believed to cause imminent unlawful action, further, you cannot incite others to make such speech either. Then of course there's defamation, libel and slander which are further restrictions on the First Amendment. None of this is to say that these restrictions are morally good in any way, just that this is the law as it stands right now.

If you disagree with me and think Chuck saying he's an engineer is lawful speech protected under the First Amendment, then you're in luck, he's going to court right now to litigate that exact constitutional issue. We'll know the answer when the case is finished.
