Well, if you believe the words of the troons it is. Personally I think it's all a cope. How can you orgasm after having the nerves in the penis severed, your glans chopped up and sewn back on? Maybe prostate orgasms, but according to at least one tranny the prostate was less sensitive after the surgery and he was unable to coom at all. Even after 45 minutes of being railed.
