Tempus Gamer House saga part 2 Will Magni upgrade the Penguin TV? Will Altare find another snitch and send him to hell? Will the class divide between the ones sleeping in bunk beds and the 12k bed finally be destroyed? Find out...now!
Edit: Vesper, Jar Mode, ENGAGED! He is actually going to talk like he is in a jar for this entire stream
I understand the rocket since I’m pretty sure that was an unintentional reference. And I guess the Hindenburg isn’t too bad. But why did they take Sana out of the Titanic scene?
I think it wasn't mentioned before: In this stream Irys said she was hyper last night because her redesign made progress. First she said that it will be maybe ready in November but then reacted to chat it should happen this year. @3:13:44 if the timestamp doesn't work

tl;dr: Magni just made a metal box because he spent 12k of his 20k starting money on a bed for a Yagoo meme, this is the result. You missed the part where Magni wrecked half the walls and had to remake them, that's why the kitchen wall is half open because Magni ran out of money to fix all the walls.
Rio lives in room 4 (the haunted room), the 4 tempus boys live in a tiny room with 4 bunks, their only TV is a child's penguin TV because Magni wanted it, and the 12k bed was once in the kitchen.
Airi was the last one to join I think because Shiina recommended her. Fishman probably read her KR Idol and was impressed. Fishman is basically depressed Yagoo meme in that he wants to have some sort of idol company yet the first-gen talents are all degenerates (except Michiru and Nasa).
There is a market for a normie like Airi, she has appeal because she is genuinely different from the preexisting talents, not everyone likes unbridled menhera. She doesn't seem to have the family issues common to a lot of the others, but she does have some sad girl moments due to her roommates day to day work environment and has a lot of untapped talent IMHO.
The dedicated Kuzuha translator went through some of his streams of Cult of the Lamb, seemingly the current FotM. After playing it recently, I can see why it's there, especially with its charm, and I'm kinda glad. It looked pretty neat on Devolver's showcase, so it's great to see the devs get this successful with it.

Now I may not watch Magni, and I may be a manly man...
But goddamn that is retardedly adorable and I want a million of them to swim in a la Scrooge McDuck.
For long term company success they have to expand. You can expand vertically in your specific niche/market/demographics which is self limiting, expand horizontally into new niches/markets/demographics which has few limits or do both which is the best option IMHO. When he hired Gen2 he was looking to grow mostly in the horizontal, his choice to make an offer to Invaders also help expand in both directions.
Also note that Phase started out fairly well for a small company, but has really only seen the great success we are seeing once management began loosened the reins on their talents somewhat. Do they have to be reined in occasionally, yes, but they have far more creative freedom in the content they create now and have to follow less management directed guidelines on content, such as requiring block game streams, number of streams on Twitch, monthly company wide collabs, etc...
Airi debut 2.0 Notes will quote myself later with the rest
Airi once bought a tomagatchi only to kill it by falling off the sink into the toilet the same day
She stumbled over her words a bit and called it Airinglish
She claims she can rap given she knows the lyrics I hope she does some Calli covers she also said she can sing Blackout by Obsydia
She didn't know what morbing was when Uruka used it and claims she still doesn't (BASED fuck that meme)
She can play piano "not very good"
She pronounce Guerilla as Gairilla
Her room has references to many (prolly all) of Phase a couple I didn't see noted here was charms representing Rie on her sword, Shiina's sewing needles as clock hands, and a medal representing Remi
Got hired cause she is an adorable airhead who kicked her computer shutting it off 5 times during her interview
On debut she joked her whole schedule would be that old 3d pinball game and chat was unironically hyped resulting in her playing it during debut 2.0 and before starting cooking Sim the next stream seems to be the beginnings of tradition with the goal of topping her high score every stream
Model is QT Af
Seems super unwilling to coomerbait (not a concern for me but maybe for you
Wants to try fire emblem
Great Singer her king cover in debut 2.0 was great
Her original trailer line didn't have anything to do with Gatcha but she was asked to change it says she might show us the original one day
"Cereal is not a soup" I also learned that Uruka eats cereal with water disgusting
She has never eaten oatmeal
A marshmallow bet 5 dollars that she wouldn't play pinball on stream she demanded he pay up and someone did when she read the donos later she laughed and said she was kidding and offered him a refund and a few others who wanted to pay for him
She prefers youtube over twitch but she will try twitch
While detailing the 6 interview story she smacked her hand pretty hard on the mic stand while gesturing
At one point she accidentally closed the marshmallow slide show instead of progressing and had to flip back to her place
Marshmallow asked on a scale of 1 to 10 how clumsy she is and she claimed 0 which resulted in Xs from chat she then joked that 0 was so bad its off the scale
The Phase talent she would date is Iori because she can cook chat then suggested Remi and Airi said no she would KICK Remi
She is really happy the fans enjoy interacting with her in phase discord she was worried no one would like her
One thing she is proud of but doesn't get the chance to flaunt. marshmallow
"I can code" she didn't specify further
At one point she randomly starting vocalizing to the tune of Geddan no clue why just thought it was cute
She has only seen Rogue one out of all the Star Wars movies and doesn't know who Jar Jar is she says due to all the anime she watches she doesn't watch movies often and would like to do watchalongs for movies she missed out on
She sang king in a deeper voice and hit some really nice growls during it wolfo is a great singer
Pon Wolfo just uploaded a test stream public on accident prolly for her Karaoke on sunday.
Airi confirmed is was a sound test for MuseDash that started soon after
More context, she just basically said: no plans right know and its to busy right now to deal with the stress it would bring, but will see in the future.

Airi said in a space marshmallow stream that she met Shiina 10ish years ago and they hadn't spoken in a very long time when they suddenly both ended up in Phase she attributes her auditioning to an unnamed other friend and confirms that she had never streamed before despite her friend's encouragement so we have that friend to thank for Airi
This is actually the first time I've seen a Vesper clip and...is the lisp supposed to be some sort of vampire RP or is he actually part of the 'lithp gang'? This guy could give Pippa a good run for her money. Of course, he is no challenge for Uruka and her cardboard thtand.
I don't really like/watch ILuna but that song is pretty fun. She's a really good singer not sure why she doesn't do more Karaoke (although Susan might not like that).
Two reasons: First, she wants to get monetization first. She used to do the karaoke per stream like Shiina did, and then she cut it to appease Susan just like Shiina. Second, she's a bloody perfectionist. She rewatches all of her VODs the next day to see what she can improve on and scan chat to see what she missed. And she said for the karaoke stream she practiced all her songs twice the day of, so by the time the stream was over her voice was absolutely destroyed.

We actually got this dispelled in one of her Twitter Spaces. She became of fan of vTubers thanks to Niji-EN, and wanted to try doing it herself. She basically made it seem like her social life is nonexistent thanks to her job, so this was a means for her to have fun and be social with other people. Shiina and Airi were completely unaware of each other's existence until the first group Voice Call meeting when they started chatting and realized they'd met and were friends from 10 years past. They had lost track of each other until that point, so a totally happy coincidence.

Exactly this. You can't build a successful vTuber company on only the same streamer architypes. Phase wouldn't grow if it was only Lia and Pippa, Hololive wouldn't grow if they only had Pekora, and Niji-En wouldn't grow if they only had Pomu. You need a diverse cast of characters in order to branch out to others beyond. I've seen a few people in the PC discord pop into Airi's channel and say they got recommended her Dark Souls streams, and they ended up discovering the rest of Phase through her. So it's not like she's a detriment to the company or anything.
It's crazy how even though they were later to the party than a few others, Phase has really ended up at the top of the English Small Corpo world. Even Prism with their Sony money and algorithm feeding monster Shiki Miyoshino is lagging behind Pippa's recent metrics.
Give her a few months of this growth and Pippa might be the Queen of the small corpo world (unintentionally).
@Scoots That's Tenma though and she has great reactions to punctuate the jokes. I think what I found the worst about Airi is that her reactions to Pippa were generally too bland except for a couple of moments where she went full Tenma shriek.
And I get they're trying to grow in the manner @Not an NSA Plant 69 mentioned, but I hope they don't just expand by becoming another bland vtuber company as there's a lot of room in the industry to do things that are more unique and they captured that initially. The thing I think Pippa is spot on about is how limited the idol and vtuber thing is currently in a very artificial way because they over focus on certain tropes and there's a whole massive untapped audience out there that can be captured.
