From what I’ve seen it seems like a common starter surgery. Compared to SRS it’s not really invasive. Some common procedures include a nose job, some bone shaving on the jaw and forehead, lowering the hairline, and a lip lift. Definitely a lot less intense than chopping your dick off, and a lot of those procedures are pretty standard for surgeons (nose jobs, lip lifts, maybe cheek fillers).

Saying "Some bone shaving" really downplays how fucked up the surgery is, though.
People act like it's shaving down "extra" bone, like there's just an extra layer of bone on male brow-ridges, but that's not the case. The whole skull is shaped differently.

"Shaving" it or chipping away at it makes the whole area weaker.

On day 172, we get to meet Dylan's doctor, Harrison Lee. I don't think he's been mentioned here before, but I haven't wasted enough of my life in the "Beauty Parlor" to know for sure. Looks like Dylan will be getting the brow, nose, jaw, and chin shaved down this December.


I kinda feel bad for the guy, he's gonna get his nose fucked up like they did to Contrapoints. IMHO he should probably only get the brow/jaw done, but that won't really fix his super clockable beefy neck.

It's a shame, there's nothing at all manly about his nose. He's going to end up looking plastic, which is a big tell for clocking trannies. It reminds me of that young black troon who made a whole youtube video listing all the reasons why TIMs are superior to cis bitches. He started off as passable as a tranny can get, and borderline pretty. Then he had a brow lift, jaw shave and nose job and ended up looking like a middle aged hon. Just because on paper, women have higher brows, smaller noses and narrower jaws, doesn't mean that every TIM should automatically get every such surgery. He already had a harmonious, feminine face, and the surgeries disrupted the balance entirely and made him outright ugly.

Dylan's face is quite harmonious apart from his letterbox grin, and I think his nose is nice. He can maybe benefit from modest jaw and brow shaves, and sensible lip fillers, but unless the work is subtle he's going to end up more clockable, not less. Which I'm sure is not the aim of a vain man who wants to be a hot teenage girl.

I think those necklaces are back in now, a few of my zoomer cousins have them. IIRC that necklace was in some of the Girl Boss movies of the early 2000s (I want to say Elle Woods wears one in Legally Blonde) and it often seems like he’s trying to channel that era of femininity.

Yeah, you’re right, the bone shaving is horrific and I have heard of some people having their bones shaved too far. Definitely still barbaric, I just don’t think it’s as gruesome or extreme as genital surgery.

Yeah. Surgeons and troons both like to minimize some really fucked procedures, that can lead to facial paralysis, droopy bits or 9/10 pain for the rest of your life.
