Simply put, every time Keffals declares victory and does a victory lap, more and more people go "hooray, we won!" and stop paying attention to him. Never make a big celebratory post until you're sure you've won, because grifting has diminishing returns and audiences suffer from burnout tremendously quickly.

The Tor project cannot take down websites even if they wanted to. The Tor network is decentralized and anyone can host a website there (this is why there is a lot of illegal shit on the darknet for that matter).

At this point, the only people that can take down a Tor website is the feds, the glowies when they find out where in the world a website in question is being hosted at and they seize it.

So unless we're doing anything actually illegal on purpose (like selling drugs or running a money laundering operation), the glowies won't take us down because they have no interest in us at the moment anyway.
