So, according to Cloudflare, site moderation is pointless. If content that is "illegal" or whatever is removed as fast as possible by jannies, and still gets a website dropped, what is the point of moderation in the first place? It leaves no leeway to take into account malicious actors. Cloudflare fall for what is basically a gayop taken from the crusty amhole dripping-covered pages of the r/againsthatesubreddits playbook.

Lucas is getting a lot of attention and media coverage - CNN, Twatter, other media corporations, which, no doubt, he's loving every minute of it. He's so overdosed with USI that he fails to understand that it might turn against him. We're all aware that CNN or other propaganda outlets will not ask him about grooming kids, bathtub HRT, etc. Ate least not for now, they're only concerned with silence "bad sites", AKA anyone who doesn't play along their narrative.

But they'll discard Lucas just as fast as they promote him - he's just an useful idiot. And eventually someone will dig up the dirt on him and go mainstream with it.

And how would Cloudflare react to being pressured because they're providing services to a guy that grooms kids and promotes non medical treatments (or GOD knows what, really) to them? Time will tell, but Lucas is flying too close to the Sun.

I honestly don't think Cloudflare blocking KF will have any impact on the site as a whole, since Null said it isn't really used for that much anyway. It just makes me upset to see the people who want the site down be all smug and circlejerk each other for this BS. It just emboldens them to spread even more lies and commit real, actual, crimes of their own. There doesn't seem to be any recourse against these people who will say and do anything to get their way. Also, Cloudflare's statement was some of the biggest crock I've ever had the displeasure of reading.

Yeah, that’s not how hidden services work. If you’re doing HTTP via Tor to the normal internet, the data could be vulnerable after the exit node, but hidden services are end to end encrypted like HTTPS. And if Null wanted to snoop on creds, he doesn’t need to do any jank stuff to do so, that’s kinda the point, the target server has to decrypt the data to process it…

This just seems so optimistic. I want to believe there are actual journos who care to do this but frankly it will probably be forgotten about and keffals will be another mediocre woke icon ala Zoe Quinn.

Its actually kind of horrific to think that on the off chance any of the reporters who did reach out to Null read the information on Keffals they just ignored it or plain didn't care.

I think that CF was just looking for reasons to drop the site due to all the public pressure. As soon as that post went up, they had their reason and pulled the trigger.

It didn't, cloudflare was looking for a way to appease the trannies while still trying to remain impartial. A retarded fedpost is the perfect excuse to pull the plug, while still retaining (or at least attempting to retain) their "impartial web host" status.
