"Harass" is what they say to smear valid complaints. No, we shouldn't "harass" CloudFlare, but we should incessantly remind them they've morally erred, acting against well meaning people in order to side with child grooming pariahs. By whatever reasonable means, by whatever positions those who agree with us hold, we should pressure them to denounce Lucas and child grooming broadly, as well as unblacklist the farms. An exercise of power and influence like this is why the farms was blacklisted in the first place.

There is nothing wrong with using power, in fact there is much wrong with thinking we shouldn't. The biggest issue with what I've said is that I'm not sure we have any power. Not that we don't have many who support us, who agree with us between a little and a lot, but we are not organized. Power is the application of organized resources. Given enough time, a small number of organized people can easily overcome a large number artificially prevented from organizing. That is our current situation.

The lies we've been told that prevent us from organizing and using power must be seen for what they are, justifications for our subjugation dressed up as a deranged morality. Then we must be willing to organize and wield power in spite of what is against us. Soft power is never enough to contain people willing to step outside a regime's increasingly brittle moral frame.

So no, we shouldn't "harass" them. We should strive to do much better: have power and influence over them. As legally as possible, of course.
