People keep talking about "cloudflare this cloudflare that" we should be grateful that KF is now out from under the thumb of cloudflare.

Of all the times we've been DDoSed, cloudflare has rarely helped, and they've always made life hell for Tor users everywhere on the internet.

This has been a net positive for us. Fuck cloudflare.

Null said it a few times: Cloudflare wasn't providing the bulk of DDOS protection. It was other services upstream. Cloudflare worked as the registrar and provided application-level protection, not bulk routing management.
