This is such a dogshit excuse from Cloudflare, and it sets a really dangerous precedent regarding how they'll have to deal with their clients in the future. At this point, by their own standard, if someone was to go on any site they host or provide protection for and post some obviously fake threat to someones life, they would have to cut off access to that site. Of course they're not going to do that though, because that's not what this is actually about. This is about them either folding to the pressure from the media and Keffals' gay little campaign, or someone higher up than Matthew telling him to take the site down and Matthew immediately folding like a little bitch. If he made this decision of his own accord he's a massive dumbass. This didn't take the attention away from Cloudflare, the twitter troons still want more punishment for them and aren't going to let them off the hook just for dropping the site, so the only thing he's achieved here is undermining the trutworthiness of Cloudflare.
