4) Should a decision on blocking access to a site in cases where it poses an "immediate harm" be temporary or permanent? Is Cloudflare's decision temporary or permanent?
If blocking of said content is done as a protection due to the slower speed/lack of response on the legal matters of investigating it (or passing judgement in such a case) should the response to that be permanent or temporary removal until said matter has been properly investigated by proper means?

It doesn't make sense though because Null could pull the domain and put it like he did .ru. The threat would immediately continue to exist as it did. The only way to stop the threat is hope somebody illegally takes down the website?

Price is literally arguing that if the "rule of law" doesn't work fast enough for Cloudflare, Cloudflare will expose you to criminal behavior in hopes it can handle the problem.

"Hate Speech" is literally protected by the 1st amendment. The supreme court of the US ruled on that several times. It is a fact.
I don't think that even scum like Hasan meant with "America deserved 9/11" that America's evil that deserved punishment was the civil liberty of free speech.
These people are dangerous, insane, retarded and utterly committed to their crusade.
It is only a matter of time until troons commit some major terrorism, the only reason it has not happened yet is that they get their way 99% of the time.

This isn't exactly a new precedent. Cloudflare always refused to deplatform Kiwifarms on the basis nothing here was illegal.

Death threats are illegal. So either there was a false flag to make us look bad (nothing new) or a retard made a stupid joke without thinking how it would fuck us over (also nothing new). The one thing that obviously isn't true is the idea that there's any sort of involvement with the "Kiwifarms contingent" of the Ulster Defence Force who'd be willing to pipe bomb Keffals or send armed gun men into a poutine restaurant or whatever (let alone post about it online) because the UDF (or their inbred remnants) are too busy selling drugs and getting into random street violence.

This place is the worst on the net? What in the name of bloody hell?

There were boards on the deep web where hurtcore CP was traded and to get a membership you had to actively produce new material yourself. That's right. Boards where abusing children was a precondition of entry. But no, the site where spergs laugh at idiots and troons is the worst place ever.

I think people above are right. The web cannot be allowed unless it is corporatised and broken. Don't believe me? Have a look at the Online Safety Bill here in the UK, which will criminalise "legal but harmful" content (by which yes, they do mean this place) and regulate smaller platforms out of existence with compulsory jannie audit trails.
