Obviously bomb/shooting and terroristic threat fits the bill, but where do you set a line on the spectrum? Can doxing fit as a direct harm since it can open possibility to immediate harm to someone by an outside group? Can posting of unwanted/personal details that can bring someone to a mental level where they may partake in an illegal matter or suicide as a state of their mental level count?

Read Matthew's statement in full, he says that Cloudfalre proactively reached out to LE after they were aware of an imminent escalating threat on KF.
It's very likely that it was LE who told Cloudflare to err on the side of caution and remove KF.
(Again, assuming it wasn't LE who knocked on Cloudflare's door first with an NSL.)

I think people are focussing too much on a specific post and what time it was removed. I am pretty sure it wasn't a specific post that concerned LE but the overall tone of the conversation. Remember, Cloudflare claim they got in touch with foreign/non-American LE (so like this was UK LE), so it was a cop in the UK LE going over the thread and making an assessment. When a UK cop or a Canadian cop looks at something like the Keffals thread, they don't see /r/spergcirclejerk like an American agent would and go "Hmmm... 1A!", but rather a spiraling feedback loop, so they're like: "yeah, just pull the plug on KF right now, just to be safe.".

You know what I don't get? The glowies seemed to want to pin the takedown of Kiwifarms on the brave women of trans out there. Their bravery, transness, and goodness melted the heart of the evil Mathew Prince and caused him to see the error of his ways. (Even though he's still a heretic to turn over to the Inquisition.) So, why are they low key bragging on Twitter that they are behind it?

It does explain why Matthew Prince got scared, someone from the FBI probably told him it would be a good idea for his own health to block the site on Cloudflare.
