As a hiring manager you'd have to be clinically batshit to choose a tranny. To your points:
1. They're good employees.
Having no life outside the office isn't a positive. It doesn't mean they think about nothing but doing their work - it means they expect their job to be a one-stop source for emotional support, validation and social contact. Considering that this is a group of people who almost all have some kind of serious personality disorder, this is a recipe for nuclear-grade drama. See this article for much more:

Someone with a family and kids needs to provide for them, so they value having a job. Trannies are happy to throw away their jobs to make a political point, like Liz Fong-Jones and that other FtM at Google. They'll accuse you of discrimination at the drop of a hat. They'll also freak out and demoralize the other employees, especially women who have to share bathrooms with them.
2. They're good consumers.
They certainly are, but any fan community they infest will become repellent to normal people. If your fanbase is mostly troons or other hardcore wokies, they'll demand that you constantly validate and support them to the detriment of all other customers, and if you're the least bit reluctant they'll turn on you in a heartbeat, accuse you of every evil they can imagine, and try to drive you out of business. It's a scorpion and frog dynamic.
The people who went all in on trans are going to reap a bitter harvest. It remains to be seen how many lives will be ruined in the meantime.
