If Kiwifarms were just a proxy purchaser of the address space, I'd have expected it to be transferred to ARIN already. The actual purchasing company appears to have once existed: https://web.archive.org/web/20180224172917/http://flowchemical.com.au/ (e: though it doesn't seem to be a chemical company, I'd be surprised if Null was bored enough to put up a site for a shell company 7 years after the fact instead of taking the IP range and running). It seems to be defunct now, though.

I don't think that the eSafety Act allows the relief requested (confiscating the IP block). It's civil liability, not criminal liability. That being said, I'd fully expect APNIC to either completely ignore the issue (are they even covered by the eSafety Act? I'm not familiar with what a "designated internet service" is) or immediately fold.

Was familiar with AI disorders being more common in women, but never considered the degree of which that was implicated. Very interesting that cross sex estrogen administration might potentially bring on an AI disorder in men. Thanks for pointing that out

The Cloudflare response is hypocritic and ridiculous, so much for their "neutrality" policy. I've kept up with this thread, and I didn't see a single threat to human life (that's the reason according to them).
I've seen jokes about an impressive chiselled jaw, I've seen general takes about tranny mentality, I've seen screenshots of tranny mentals ranting saved for posterity, but I've never seen anything even remotely close to a threat.

I'm seriously asking myself why Cloudflare is bending the knee. They could've just ignored the troon army, after all they don't number in the hundreds, they're a small bunch of loud individuals. Plus, these trannies aren't even "well-connected" with important people like politicians, entrepreneurs, etc., they're just good at making people think they're important. And most importantly, their "reach" is not global, it's just a clique of individuals jerking off each other. But a company like Cloudflare shouldn't fall for these tricks.



It's never enough for them. The first rule when dealing with those people should be "ignore them". Do not listen to their requests, do not listen to their threats, let the whole thing die in silence, never apologize. If you apologize, they will know that they got your attention, and will ask more. If you bow to their requests, they'll understand that bitching brings you something, and will double down. As they said in the old times, "never make concessions to a rioting crowd. They'll understand that with blood they obtain something, and will become more violent".

I wouldn't exactly call them tech-savvy when it's usually their incompetence + using their troon status as a sheild that leads to most internet security breaches and bugs. Troondevs are a massive online liability.
