As someone on HRT but RW on everything else, this has been pretty interesting to watch. Keffals is certainly imperfect, but it's the extremists who create change. If she can move the bar for regular trans people against extreme transphobia and get the right off being obsessed with it, I take it as a net good. I don't even agree with every part of how Keffals has gone about this, and I don't really want Kiwi Farms removed from the internet, but I respect her defending herself and fighting people who hide beyond anonymity and feel they have impunity to say whatever they want. That's much more respectable than cucking to the right wing, to people who despise you. It's very telling seeing people so upset about a trans person punching back as if they can't defend their honor like every other human being. As if the only way trans people can gain respect is to follow "optics". Do you believe the same for your views? I wonder.
