-Aruran had Fubuki and Matsuri as guests and they played a silly get dizzy and walk game. Matsuri really walks funny, like knock kneed and pigeon toed. She probably can't skip cause she her muscles are wired backwards or something. Made me think about how insecure she is but she still face streams. Pippa doing a 3D live might help some of her own issues (she can't even bend over in public? Did someone Kancho her real good or something?)

-His stage presence is pretty great - plays along with such dumb gags and they are funny. Him being dandy was fun too
-Fubuki really is a treasure. She'll play along with Matsuri's skinship and is a really good collab partner.
- Meika and Monster, is monster really that short? Fubuki might be taller...
- It's really cool seeing 3 different 3D set ups. Monster is the most "plain" very straight forward but the shading was a nice touch. Meika's hair was pretty good, texture and depth wise. It doesn't move much so it kinda has a punk feel to it, like it is styled with glue. Aruran has more details but the tracking with the stick was bad and his head is small as fuck, really more proportional then the others. Overall, the indies have a 3D on par with Holostars and Niji males are def above. Maybe if TEMPUS continues Holostars will get the Gura trickle down. It's a double edge sword as the "idol" story is as much about the journey to stardom as it is about the fans.

- Aruran's variety show is just as "housewife" as Botan's. So lame and yet very fun.
- The stand looks like something I might actually display. Fuck, all the merch is chill. Hololive take note! A cute Mio daki is great but I really want merch that I can parade and when asked, "It looks nice" is my answer to people who wouldn't be into it. Pizza papa is pretty interesting as he leans into the oji side of things while also being slightly lewd.
Botan's live
-More RAMEN! I think having chill streams like this is a way to offset the workload that these girls have. Instead of a concert they can hopefully relax and have fun together.
-Nene's a massive dork and the way she sits is too cute vs. proper Lamy . ADHD wifeu.
-Polka and Botan laughing is good for your soul
-Polka is such a traditional comedian but it's more fun cause none of the other three match her. Polka does weird stuff on purpose vs. Nene does it cause she is Nene. Lamy is proper like a newscaster but really she is spoiled and so not a real straight man. Botan rolls with everything and laughs like a maniac which hurts my checks. Gotta wonder how it would have all played out with Aloe... Delta might have been the little sister to Nene or something. Maybe a shy member? I don't watch Delta but it's fun to think about what could have been.
-With like 6 people talking all at once I am kinda glad I don't know Japanese. How do you keep track?
-I wonder if the managers of these talents are sometimes way older or younger then them? Botan pitching this idea to a Japanese zoomer is a funny thought.
-The bowl reveal was pure joy for Nene, Polka was gonna give her Botan's bowl to look at and show off but ADHD and Lamy's scream but it short. Lamy looked like she was gonna cry too, very spoiled and cute. Botan's too cool to be a cake, now I know why Japan wants it's population to drink more to raise their fertility rate. It's a race to extinction and Korea is winning right now but vtubers prob don't help. (Fuck, I should get out of the house as well...)

Hololive 5th
Umm, I have out of the loop cause IRL and DROPKIWI so curious about notRushia's behavior during these events. Even if she wasn't someone I watched it still feels like a thorn when I am reminded she isn't in Hololive. Really highlights the duality of the "hugbox" and "idol" mentality - feels sort of similar to how Kanata and Iroha expressed sadness when their idols married. It's hard to forget or move on.
Anyways - holy fuck Sora is cute but there is a reason Fubuki is the unofficial face of the company as she is so effusive. Still, Sora being reserved and unabashedly herself for 5 years is a underrated achievement. Yeah, she talks about how large audiences make her nervous but where is the limit? She is THE Hololive member, reinforced through the years spent grinding and narratives, like how people think gen 0 put the brand on it's back when really it was Sora -> Fubuki. Hope she doesn't feel stuck inside her own narrative and glad when people like Iofi come along and break up the hierarchy. Then again, I think she is just a reserved person, looking at her live the Gen 0 bit had Miko being Miko (
BTW a fucking long way from her crying while singing it with Sora), Suisei and Roboco being playful while AZKi feels at a loss for what to do. AZKi and Sora are good friends so it makes sense the say Sora is just reserved.
