You can only get onto this forum via the TOR browser. There is another website that is still readily accessible though. https://diyhrt.wiki/index is still there for all the kids to access. They don't sell hormones, but they'll tell your kids how to get it with Bitcoins. Look at the name of that website again: DIYHRT. As in: "do it yourself hormone replacement therapy". It is teens, and pree-teens who are looking for this junk online.

Very, very few 'pass'. I think those that do pass already have certain androgynous features, or started younger rather than as middle aged, married men. There are almost physical differences between homosexual transsexuals and autogynephiles, both have textbook giveaway traits that allow you to gauge which you're dealing with, if it isn't just visibly obvious. You can hate HSTS's and say whatever to them, but you're less likely to be dealing with a meltdown and a court date than if it were a AGP. AGP's have a crippling need for validation which is at the heart of their fetish. HSTS's arguably have a better dating pool, with men who will date transwomen, making them better socialised. Transbian's have pretty much rendered themselves undateable in many cases.
I'm not saying there's exceptions, and that insane or deviant HSTS's don't exist, but the medical industry is doing men a disservice when they offer to give them HRT and surgery in full knowledge that these men will NEVER look anything like a woman. They should be told emphatically that they will never pass and encouraged to find other ways of managing what is ultimately a paraphilia, because the alternative is living as what is seen by everybody as a man in a dress.

Most of the insane advocates fall in to the category of AGPs who regret that the system didn't identify them and allow them the body they'd get off to. The result is a system that railroads kids and teens into a medical path.
I read an op-ed by a trans man that said as much - a lot of the anger comes from people who were denied under the old system with gatekeeping. I've looked for it and I cannot find it.
