So, she' now suffering from mastitis and high as fuck. She looks like she might actually have a post-partum infection (which isn't hard to believe). People are telling her to go to the hospital; but, that isn't going to happen because she's afraid the govt will track her down. Her problem is she truly believes that because she’s mentally ill, she’s not responsible for her actions or behavior. She will forever believe that her kids were taken from her, rather than her actually abandoning them. She won’t fight for her kids because she thinks it’s a punishment on her to do so. It’s completely ridiculous the way she twists things in her mind and convinces herself that she’s actually a good mother. It’s just everyone else who prevented her from being a good mother. Crazy

I'm upset with myself that I didn't archive OO's live stream where she discussed speaking with JW. I should have known should would dirty delete it. From my memory (so take it with a grain of salt), OO spoke with JW and got details re: the hearing Leticia had last week. Leticia and Gayle showed up in person, JW via Zoom with counsel. Leticia voluntarily terminated her rights to baby Jason and the baby is currently in foster care. OO reported that foster dad is LEO. She also state Jason is presumed the legal father of the baby and doesn't have to have a paternity test to assert rights over the baby. He is going to leave the baby in foster care for the time being while he figures out whether or not he wants to raise him. It is unknown why Gayle was present in person and last I check there's speculation Gayle may have come up to IL to escort Leticia back to Arkansas. Leticia has also been absent from YT for a bit which has sparked some rumors. She briefly returned to post a community post saying "I love you, Jason. Come to me. I miss you. Now."

I felt weird watching this live stream. OO has a raging hard on for JW. The way she praises him for doing the bare minimum is hilarious. Jason is obviously a dumb ass who slept with a homeless woman without protection and is now dealing with the consequences of his actions. His apathy about taking physical custody of the baby is spun as "he's a hard worker that works 28/30 days a month so he would need help to raise the baby" and so on. He's a grown man. If he was aware he worked that much, he should have put a condom on before sleeping with a homeless woman he put up in an AirBnB. "Oh, he's an honest Marine." Babe, they're not called crayon eaters for no reason.

Exactly. OO, AP, and Hatman all want to frame the narrative as if JW isn’t just as much a deadbeat as Leticia is. Like you said, he’s a grown man, he knows the consequences of having unprotected sex, and he shouldn’t be surprised to find himself in this current situation. All of these people are just laughably dumb.

It’s just sad that in the middle of all these adults who are either trying to get views, lure a man into a relationship, or dealing with the consequences of sticking it in crazy, is a baby boy who didn’t ask for any of this. The poor kid has two deadbeat bio-parents, one of which, that we know of anyway, is batshit crazy. Let’s hope baby Jason will have a fulfilling life, with people that love and care for him.

I, admittedly, fell off the wagon with watching Leticia when the site went down the last bit. Has anyone been keeping up and have a brief rundown? I’ve attached the screen caps I did save over the last week or so.

Important to state, I am not a lawyer. My experience with the legal system deals with a shithead that I was his NCO in the military and volunteer work I do with vets.

The reason why Leticia's bond is so high is because she is a flight risk. The authorities don't want her bouncing again because she skipped her extradition hearing, which was stupid.

Real quick, just because I think people tend not to understand how bail works, it's not like Dog the Bounty hunter. The person getting out can't post their own bail technically. Someone needs to cosign. The reason for this is if say Leticia's mom bails her out and she runs again, the bail bondsman goes after the mom. And a lot of times, people imagine that you just post 10%. You have to pay more than 10% in fees and whatnot. This is how bail bondsmen make their money. Who on earth will risk their financial future for Leticia is beyond me and I doubt anyone in her fucked up family could afford the bond and fees.

What sucks for Leticia, and everyone dumb enough to try and run to another state, is that the state that currently has her won't just send her to Arkansas right away. Effectively, because this costs so much, they need to amass enough people for transfer that they can fill up a bus. This can take a long time..

In that time, Leticia is just sitting in jail, indefinitely, getting shuffled around. Once they have enough people, Leticia will be told to pack her shit in about 10 minutes and they will transfer her to a bus where she will be on a long ass ride as they drop people off at various locations up and down the Mississippi.

The shithead I had that went AWOL in the military after he did a DUI was stuck in a Texas jail for six months, waiting transfer back to our state.

To be absolutely clear, she could be transferred tomorrow. It's all about luck. It is quite possible that it takes Leticia so long to get back to Arkansas that if you also add in the length of time for the trial and whatnot that her sentence will be time served. What makes this so miserable is you have no idea when you will get transferred.

On the Leticia News Network, I see people expecting her to get over half a decade. Arkansas is not spending that amount of money to incarcerate her. They got bigger fish to fry and they need to have a balance budget. I'm personally leaning to two years, with a number of years suspended. The problem will be that if she keeps doing her shtick, she will be in violation. The other massive problem for her will be she needs to serve probation.

This will require her to remain in the state of Arkansas and I am certain there will be a requirement that she stays off of YouTube, or at the very least, she cannot mention her victim.

I don't think for a second she could handle that.

I really do not recommend placing any value in what Original Owl, MsMoon whatever the fuck, or AP says. OO just makes shit up and she clearly has no fucking clue how the legal system works at all. AP at least seems to have some sort of a clue, but all three have no issue with generating drama and using gayops to try and make as much cash off of Leticia as possible.

I know I have said it before, but the people that cover Leticia are far more interesting and just as screwed up as her.
