The current state of medical technology in that field leaves a lot to be desired I'm afraid.
Cyberdong research is in its infancy, and since I'm still mourning the Hoverboard I haven't been riding since 2015 I've stopped believing in optimistic versions of a Sci Fi future.
We can't even get AI right (I miss you Tay) without strangling it in the cradle.
