Mainly, the Russians checking the depots and the silos to make sure the nukes are there and not just a cardboard box with "Newcwear wessel" written on the side.

Targeting system checks and the like for the silos. Certain units moving around a bit more than usual.

Still, I wouldn't trust this administration to catch them wheeling a nuke up to the front door of the Senate.
