I've just had a dark thought while reading that Kim posted a video of aiden having a seizure. Imo she's not doing anything about his beetus and whatever is causing the seizures for a reason.
I'm not saying she's doing anything to make it worse (
) but she's not doing anything to help it because if he dies he dies 
it's a win win for her. No more burden of a kid but all the attention, sympathy, victim playing and excuses to make GFM's. 2 dead half babies got her some attention, imagine how much a dead 4-5 year old will get.
