Serious question, why is Null not trying to sue Lucas? He slandered Null and the Kiwi Farms in multiple open forums and publications and caused significant monetary harm to Null's reputation and with his business partners. Does he not also have a right to sue?
He technically does especially regarding their attempts to impede his access to legal counsel, since that becomes a constitutional law issue... But I don't think he has much interest in such an uphill battle when it's much easier and cheaper to just fix the site and make the troons dilate. Proving defamation against media figures in the US is fairly easy but proving it against individuals is a lot trickier, so the best case on that would be against Taylor Lorenz etc but she has the backing of a big media chain behind her, it wouldn't be cheap, and at best it would only vindicate Josh knowing he got the law to force some journo to change a few sentences.

Besides that, I think Null said several times that he wants nothing to do with Destiny because of, among other things, him being buddies with and defending the pedo Mr. Girl. I think Destiny even played a clip of Null saying that during yesterdays stream, and he also mentioned that he DM'd him about how he verified @Wayne Beckett over the whole byuu drama and didn't even get a reply.
