While a man can dream, it's highly unlikely one gonna sue another unless the whole career at stake for example. Meanwhile Destiny's gotten like 30k viewers live on an average day and 700,000+ during really big drama.

Now Destiny has dropped his doc and got 200k + the 98k people who watched live to see a detailed catalog of Lucas's lies with irrefutable proof. Assuming Lucas actually has the balls to meet Destiny in court instead of have Destiny turned into his version of Adrienne Blair, Destiny's going to wipe the floor with him and then wash his hands completely of Lucas, and that will be the final end of Lucas's career.

Lucas has only gotten as far as he has in the last 7 months through nothing but easily disprovable lies, outright fabrications, or exaggerations of events that either A) no one besides KF has cared enough to check or B) are republished by "trusted" news sources to push a convenient narrative. If Lucas's ability to lie and use those lies to harass people he doesn't like is taken away, he loses his only source of power in the world (power that isn't over gullible teenage boys on discord at least).
