Stress can induce telogen effluvium but male pattern baldness (and female pattern for that matter) is fundamentally a matter of genetics and endocrinology. If you have the genes for it and even a trace amount of androgens you can go bald no matter how chill and relaxed you are.

As an unfortunate male pattern baldness sufferer, that's a very bad sign that there is going to be rapid onset hairloss soon. I and like 90% of men when experiencing hairloss have it dissapear from the temples first, then over the next several years to decades and because of some random genetics mixed in eventually lose hair around the crown until you have a 50 year old man hairline.

Lucas here on the other hand doesn't seem to have much hairloss on his temples, I honestly can't properly tell because of the way he styles his hair, but has obvious thinning on the parting in his hair and I would put money on his crown being VERY obviously thin. This type of hairloss coming first would put Lucas in the other 10% of men who experience a thinning hair part and crown first, which is typically followed by very rapid hairloss. Very rapid meaning complete Norwood 5 levels of hairloss in about 1-2 years.

Obviously this is just theoryposting and I'm hoping it happens because it'd be really funny to watch him visibly lose his hair very quickly, but he could get lucky and not experience much more hairloss at all since his T levels are rock bottom because Lucas is dumb and retarded and doesn't understand that T levels have to match estrogen in a specific ratio for optimal hormonal health. Or maybe the fact he's royally fucked up his hormones might speed up the process, who knows, only time will tell. Bro is definitely getting a hair transplant at some point though and it'll be funny watching him lie about it to his audience, 'cause I don't think his feminine ego could handle having to overcome male pattern baldness lol

The part goes straight down the middle, that's the Ludwig female pattern not the Norwood male pattern. The difference happens because the aromatose enzyme binds to the hairs on the outside of the crown and protects them from AGA, whereas the hairs farther back are unprotected. That's why women with even advanced AGA will still have the ring of hair around their head. All of the E he's on is (presumably) what's causing this but I guess he has really strong AGA genes and even the trace amounts of androgens his castrated body is converting from other hormones is enough to trigger it. He needs to add minox to his routine to counter act the loss and a topical anti-androgen treatment like topical finasteride, RU-58841 or Pyrilutamide to counteract local androgens in his scalp. Studies have shown even on individuals on dutasteride or chemical castration druges 5 alpha reductase levels in the scalps of men with AGA remain elevated vis-a-vis blood levels so he should probably get on dutasteride too if he's not to clean up the 5 alpha reductase remaining on his scalp.
