No. The nose of the left is long and thin and pointy. The nose on the right is stubby, wide, kinda flat/bulbous. Lips don't look the same either. Tranny looks to be wearing lipstick but right dude doesn’t even look like he has lips.

I can also imagine scenarios where once the minors are in state care, the state won't let them return home. Even if they want to. From California's perspective they'd be allowing the child to return to an abusive home.
Then there's the question of who would accept the liability of providing care under these circumstances before you even get around to the ethics.

Twitter says this is the guy, Stephen Hanna aka Kayla Lemieux. The school district, however, says the teacher not Stephen Hanna, but I think that’s just because he changed his name so technically they are correct. Nose and chin (from the other pic) look correct.
Edit: While the school’s faculty page has been wiped, archived versions (here) do have both Hanna and Lemieux listed which would indicated they aren’t the same person. But the Kayla name is accurate.
