Several updates:
Jesse Singal's podcast Blocked & Reported have made their investigation into Keffals available on Youtube here:
For those of you who weren't able to listen to this podcast when it was placed behind a paywall, this is your opportunity to listen to it again. Part of Destiny's research came from this, so make sure you listen to this as well to get to the bottom of this and the sheer extent of Keffals' lies and misdirection.
The kids on Twatter are no longer buying Keffals' GoFundMe fraud, the fact that he lied about suing the London. Ontario Police Services is now established lore that Keffals can no longer change or cover up:

Honestly, did anyone really think Keffals was going to waste 60k suing his local police department when he can just take that money and go on vacation in Europe?

Oh well, perhaps he thinks suing Joshua Moon is worth the 60k. We'll see.

You can't enforce civil suits internationally and you can't extradite over a lawsuit.
You literally have no clue what you're on about. Foreign verdicts are routinely reinforced in the US and vice versa. A lot of civil law has a criminal law component and can be used to have someone arrested via a civil process or to sic LE onto someone using a civil verdict as the impetus to do so. As for European courts, you have no idea what total whores to international law European courts are. The US legal system at least recognized the encroaching menace of international law and took some steps to shield the most important aspects of the American legal system from it. Not so in Europe. They gladly handed all their legal guaranties, all their legal safeguards, their due process, all of it sacrificed on the altar of international law.
People have no idea what international litigation is really like until they suddenly find themselves in the midst of it... and only then do they realize to their shock and horror that none of what they knew or thought to be true about the law any longer applies when it's an international cross-border lawsuit. A dozen different international treaties that you've never heard of suddenly come into play when it's cross-border litigation, so don't act like this is a nothing or something you can just shrug off and ignore. People have had their lives ruined through cross-border lawsuits because they thought they could just ignore a foreign verdict or thought it would never reach them where they are. News for everyone who still thinks this: you can't just ignore being sued abroad. If you are sued abroad, you better respond to it ASAP the way you would with a domestic lolsuit, or a truly dedicated litigant can use a foreign default judgement to destroy your life for years to come.
If Joshua Moon is sued in Canada he cannot just let it go to a default judgement. He has to respond to get the case dismissed. Either for lack of jurisdiction, or forum shopping (undue burden placed the defendant), or because Keffals will likely fail on all of his claims (because Keffals' can't prove the doxxer/SWATcaller was a KFer or that Joshua Moon was somehow directly involved with on/off-site harassment of Keffals). Like I said, the purpose of these forum shopping lolsuits is not to file a viable lolsuit, it's rather pure lawfare, a legal war of attrition meant to drain the defendant of all resources because it's more expensive to defend yourself abroad.
The ignorance about these topics in the general public is really worrying. Please educate yourselves about international litigation, it's a really scary topic that a lot of people are still oblivious about, until it touches them and then it's too late.
