I think that he thinks he's knuckling down and getting serious now that he's past 30. His wild Taylor Swift suing days are over, and now he's settling into Plan B -- America's Got Talent. He's gonna fall back on being a Hollywood scriptwriter if that doesn't work out.

He's so weird. He does seem to have a work ethic, but he's still incredibly entitled. If he'd put the hard work into starting at the bottom of the industry he wants to be in, he could theoretically (but not actually, because he's shit) have a career in the Biz now. Instead, he puts his effort into day jobs he gives no shits about and daydreams about being discovered and launched into fame and fortune overnight. Like winning the lottery or something. He would never settle for being fame-adjacent, like a photographer or something (like bio-sis) or an entertainment industry lawyer (I know he's completely incapable of such a thing, but on paper at least it would have made sense for him to end up in a position like that) but no.

I wonder where he would have ended up if he wasn't so broken in the brain and if he'd been instilled with a realistic sense of his abilities. I don't know if he could have cut it as a paralegal (6) but maybe a mailroom clerk or something. All snark aside, I think that might've been more his speed. That, or janitor. It's not glamorous, but it's honest work and if he wasn't so fucked up and self-important, he might've even been happy.

Oh well.
If he could dial down his ego enough to realize he had to start at the bottom like most everyone else AND he wasn't perfect and his work/skills needed improvement to reach his stated goal, he might have had some success writing generic pop songs for the pop star of the month one-hit-wonder. But if he could reel in his ego and admit he was wasn't perfect, he wouldn't really be Russ. I think the biggest blow to his ego that's coming down the pike is when his AGT hopes are finally dashed when his appeal is rejected. I have no doubt he'll try to take it to the Supreme Court, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't understand that the Court can pick and choose which cases it hears on appeal, and when his gets rejected (as it will, there's no Constitutional question to be decided) he'll be at a loss at how to proceed, especially if Freemantle decides to ban him from ever auditioning for any of their productions ever again. Maybe he'll try to sue the Court itself, which would be hilarious, as you can't do that.

Up until the last two, it hasn't been the judges directly handling it, but the clerk doing it as a ministerial rather than a judicial decision
The last extension (before this one) was done by the clerk on the orders from the court

eventually they're going to ask what the fuck is going on here.
After the Kick Vic thing, my own experiences with courts in various states, and the broad assortment of utterly baffling and incomprehensible decisions made by courts top-to-bottom all across this fucking country in recent years, I no longer hold any hope whatsoever that sanity will ever prevail (even temporarily) within the mind of a sitting judge in the United States under any circumstances.

They're going to let these piece of shit lawyers kick the can down the road indefinitely because it's far easier to rubber-stamp the (uncontested -- what the fuck, Skordas?) requests for extensions than it is to spend even a moment actually thinking about the case instead of the myriad other cases clogging the court's calendar.

Fuck this gay earth.

Something I think everyone's been sleeping on in the kiwifarms suit:
He desperately lists the 4 people with kiwifarms threads who killed themselves, but never once mentions Bailee Barnard, who he claims the farms cyberbullied into suicide.

I think the absence of her name should indicate he doesn't even believe it himself.

Or he's forgotten he ever even told that lie. He lies so much he probably forgets some of them.

I have no idea.

Probably not.
Damn. If Russ' lawyers knew the amount, at some point they could just file extensions with the excuse of "Your honor, we are 6 extensions away from breaking the record. This case is pointless. Everyone but our retarded client is aware this case is stupid. Lets just try and break the record here."

That would be my legal representation to Russ. Free of charge Rusty

To get the fucking case moving instead of letting these lazy incompetent ambulance chasers drag it out for no good reason.

Or shits & giggles. Whichever motivates any lawyer on either side of this debacle to get off their asses and do something.
How does it benefit Null to waste time in motion practice opposing motions to put off a bullshit case? It's not like the case gets any stronger as time goes by.

How many musicians or actors were given gigs after some small chit-chat with somebody they were driving around, Russ? you fucking retard.
Does Jan Terri count? She gained infamy for her music videos that she made while employed as a limo driver. After Marilyn Manson came across her press kit, he had her open a few shows for him. Seems like a good musical pairing, right?

Jan Terri has more musical talent than Russhole, so there's that.

Let's try to keep perspective here and remember the court has real cases with actual merit they have to preside over as well. They're not just there to wait with baited breath for Russhole's lolyers to finally stop butt-fucking each other and get on with his frivolous bullshit. So I'm sure they're happy to kick the can down the road again while they deal with important matters.

There are more Bruce Schroeders and Roger Benitezes than you think.

I doubt they have important matters, and if they do, I pity whoever those matters are important to.
I believe @The Dude was referring to the court when he said that, not the lawyers. That being said, the lawyers did have that SCOTUS case back in June. I guess that got resolved.
