Imagine being the guy with an actual law license giving the legal advice in places he isn't licensed to practice, telling people it's a good idea to do this thing that could have incredibly bad consequences for them. It almost sounds like practicing law without a license and committing malpractice at the same time.Overall the thought experiment is a failure, because it is impossible to put myself in the shoes of humans so far below the average cognitive and moral function. It’s like trying to imagine yourself as a chimp, or an ape - you can only speculate the experience of a lower-functional animal species.
Anyone who took this "Esqueer" legal advice should consider that they might have a valid claim if they suffer any adverse results from taking this incredibly bad advice from this malpractitioner.
