Title IX is part of the Civil Rights Act. It's a law that stipulates public institutions, like universities or community colleges, can't discriminate against people for their race, sex, religion, national origin and other things.

Mentioning Title IX on a college campus is a good way to get an administrator or teacher to instantly shit bricks. They're legitimately terrified of it.

I think trannies fall under the sex discrimination part. You wouldn't fire a real woman for having long hair and bad fashion sense, so firing a man for that (because he's a tranny) would be discrimination against men.

Had similar thoughts, even though the bystander effect could be at work, it seemed like his continued escalation prevented anyone from breaking out of the background to help him up. It was clear as day that his legs work just fine, too. Despite the epic butt-scoot, it was fully powered by his feet and legs, his arms looked secondary to his movements, like a steering wheel. The actual movement came from plopping down his flexed feet and legs, pulling with them, to drive his movements forward. It became clear that his need for a wheelchair was a gambit. Each time I see the clip, I notice a new creepy fur suit. Adds some atmospheric strangeness to the entire thing.

I would suspect that there are a few problems with smoking in the park.

1. California is really uptight when it comes to smoking anything near other people.
2. California does not allow smoking weed in public.
3. It's against the park rules.
