The problem is FTA is meaningless if they've been served and doxed. All that does is give him a default judgement. He doesn't even have to collect it. You can sell that on to debt collection agencies that will come after everything they're legally able. The problem for the troons is they've reduced this to something procedural if they FTA, or they will lose handily showing up. Their relative cost of this continuing has only gotten significantly higher while Rackets' has done the opposite. Surely a Chinaman like yourself would understand how this works: the process is the punishment. Government/courts are decidedly less-woke than social media.

I see some talk on here but more so on yt about Nose taking YouTube to court. Here's how it would go down:
  • 1+ years fighting jurisdiction. Nick will fight for Texas (LLC location, favorable social media law), Google will fight for Minnesota (put it before the St. George Floyd jury) or federal court in either southern district of New York (cause why not) or northern California (Google hq, tech friendly).
    • Even if Nick gets Texas, Google fights to get it in Austin. (Austin≠TX)
