Youtube has Youtube Red which is a paid service that doesn't show ads and gives the creators x% of the money it gets from the program base on view time. They may have renamed it because the joke was it sounded like redtube.

I don't think the problem is sufficient cause for a suit. The problem is Google's infinitely deep pockets and ability to obfuscate everything they do.

I'd like to see him sue, but I also understand reasons why it might not be in his ultimate best interests.

Unless they're going to offer him a sweetheart deal like they did for barnes and viva, its not going to sustain at last nights levels. He was banned midstream, just hours before his night show. People wanted to know wtf was going on. In a week or two, or hell even a few days, he won't be getting anything near what he was getting last night.

I think the only way he gets it back is if this was some rogue action by a single tranny. It looks like it bypassed all the usual procedures YouTube has, as weak as they are.

That’s truly what’s funny about this.

They ask why Nick is suddendly changing tact after admitting that had they known Nick would do this they would not have filed a self admitted false report. They are literally admitting to what Nick has said constantly. That they are all cowards that won’t risk something if they will get hit in return.

The people making the internet a less free space are going to be the very people that will come to regret all their stuff being public.
