the issue with nicky rackets getting removed from youtube is that despite being an american platform, they don't seem to have a problem arbitrarily silencing people for "wrongthink". sure, it's a private company, they can make whatever rules they want, but when enforcement is arbitrary and biased, that's an issue.
although nicky rackets is just one in millions of other content creators, what's troubling is that deleting his channel is just another stab at a person's freedom of speech. "it's not a big deal, it's just some dude online". it's the whole "death by a thousand cuts" scenario. just keep chipping away at the things people can say until they can only share the "correct" opinions.
I'm sure nick will be fine. but as long as companies continue to bend over backwards for a bunch of predatory agp men in dresses, this will never stop.
