Seems my opinion about his abilities was too generous. Qualys tools are designed to subtly upsell you on their cloud infrastructure solutions; they aren't a reliable tool for assessing the status of anything and should only be used, at the very most, as a cursory diagnostic. Blindly relying on their results is like trusting a tranny profile photo to show reality.

I think he is more about using whatever troon industry connections they have in order to cause problems for other people; he doesn't come off as being a tech-savvy individual. If he was actually involved with any Google coding in the past, then he was likely one of the reasons for the endless Google security vulnerabilities.
