In all fairness, you can put a shaped charge on a truck.
Most truck explosions are ammonium nitrate and fuel oil because it's usually civilians making them with commercial grade materials. A truck explosion looks like whatever you want it to look like as long as you have the supplies and knowledge.

I think people are overlooking the fact that the FSB was put out notices multiple times this year that they nabbed Islamic State terrorist in the Crimea region. This may have nothing to do with Ukraine other than some IS guy knowing it will cripple Russia's ability to prosecute the war. I don't need to go that far - the conscription of LPR/DPR men and the deployment of poorly trained and equipped mobiks to hold the line seems to carry a lot more disregard for human life.
Everything about the Russians has involved subhuman tactics. You refuse to see it. Like I have been pointing out for three threads now, you clowns will take a microscope to judge Ukrainian actions while ignoring the appalling pattern of behavior shown by Russian forces, and then special-pleading based on details.
The Japanese tactics in WWII were a wide scale effort to undermine the US's will to fight. Their logic was that they'd suffer huge losses but still "win" by default by not losing. If anything, the Russian cannon fodder tactics have a lot more in common with the Japanese logic during WWII - Russia doesn't "lose", it just outlasts the enemy's will to fight. This is the equivalent of finding isolated instances of Americans performing suicide attacks (there had to be at least one) and declaring the American and Japanese tactics to be equal.

It's not a war crime, this is a valid military target and the method of attack killed very few civilians - it's proportionate to its objective.
