And Google wants no part of the state and their truly unlimited funds coming after them. They would prefer some 30k subscriber channel with no pull and no money so it never ends up at the SC. This might have actually had enough evidence for the AG to have gotten involved and that probably scared Google.The law let's either the user or the Texas AG sue on the users behalf, and Nick has connections in Texas. So it's not out of the realm of possibility that Texas will sue for him. Nick even mentioned bringing it to Ken Paxton's attention during the post-ban stream.
