The mass flagging began again, this time falsely claiming he “doxed” innocent people, and YouTube terminated his account. This drastic move by YouTube rightly terrified at least one of the criminals who hadn’t considered that he’d actually be successful in destroying the income of a very rich—and now angry—lawyer. Rekieta received this email shortly after the events.

This should be the only evidence YouTube needs to restore Rekieta Law to the platform.

I cannot begin to express the supreme lack of foresight I myself had when doing this, especially when the information may have been made public anyway had action been taken against you, and had I known what I know today about Keffals, I absolutely never would have filed an ethics complaint. I suppose I was riding the high of being a massive social justice warrior that I failed to realize attempting to rob another man of his livelihood is an absolute ethical wrong, moreso than any angry comments made about someone online who has done a lot of lying and manipulation to their audience. I distanced myself from Keffals a while ago, and, in good faith, I would like to ask that you not only refrain from posting my unredacted information on your Locals page, but you also refrain from posting the unredacted information of the other complainant on your locals page. Given the gravity of the threats made by the Kiwi Farms forum, and the questionable nature of posting information such as home addresses of individuals to the internet to an audience who may have malicious intent, I don’t believe the punishment would fit the crime on our part. I also have heard that you don’t usually post
Fuck that absolute coward and idiot. Not Rackets, but the moron who sent in the email. Begging for mercy while still shitting on the farms and trying to take some moral high ground against dahxxxxxxxxxing while admitting to being a simp for Lucas and distancing themselves from him...a while ago? Bitch this all happened in the last few weeks, how long ago could it have been?

The best assurance they could offer (after a lot of back-and-forth) was "well if there's ever any kind of controversy we'd talk to you first before we took any action"
Funny, because that's exactly what they didn’t do with Null. Instead, they took all of his sites without notice and replaced them with a libelous screed.

Holy shit with the fucking buzzwords already, you pink triangle fuck.

On topic comment: I too am glad the drunk lawyer man is back.
Cope and seethe, dilate even. Die mad and mald.

Since we've been invited only whoever brought this turd in on their shoes needs to be named and shamed. Not banned or anything, just pilloried a bit.

This is the feel good news I really needed today. YouTube for whatever its faults isn't as pozzed as twitter.
Youtube certainly is pozzed as fuck, they just don't want that bankbreaking lawsuit against Texas. Don't MESS with TEXAS or FUCK with FLORIDA .

From the way Prince sperged out and the wording of his statement, I genuinely think he had his family threatened.
I honestly don't think that's what happened. Had he received a genuinely credible threat to the safely of his family, he'd have run screaming to the feds and gone into hiding with his family in a bunker somewhere (he's rich, after all), rather than immediately cave to extortion. The frantic phrasing in his statement definitely suggests panic, but it had to have been a threat to his long term outlook and not just a direct "imma kill ur family lol" kind of threat.

It reeks of a "say the line" moment -- whoever spooked him wanted to see him publicly humiliate himself by parroting the same shit every other liar does about KF and reversing what he'd "eloquently" said two days prior. The penalty he faced if he didn't obey was potentially the death of the company and loss of his income and assets -- an indirect but serious threat to his family (and thousands of others).

Just funny overall because actions speak louder than words and they assume that no one is going to do more than a cursory glance at this situation (from the perspective of a potential CF customer) . Their response to the question comes off as ill-prepared, but it's easy to show that they did not provide Null with any options or leeway. Even assuming the bullshit that KF was a free customer, that only leads to more questions.
They didn't give him any options. To my knowledge no human being has ever responded to any email or other inquiry Null has ever sent to CF. It's fucking ridiculous that a company supposedly willing to protect "controversial" sites won't even talk to you if people are currently mad at them for allowing you on their infrastructure. Especially if you're a paying customer (which Null was).

That worried the C-levels at my company too. Despite what we're paying them already each year, they're yet again "altering the deal" to make their existing level of support more expensive. If we don't pony up for the higher tier of support they're introducing, they're completely removing humans from the loop. Their words. No more account rep, no more quarterly meetings to go over metrics/stats/updates or technical issues/feature requests, no direct phone or email support. Just helpdesk-only tech support and a once-a-year "here's what we think you should pay us next year" meeting. SLA's going to 2 hours too, down from 1 hour.

It's absolute bullshit. And there's still no guarantee from them even if we do pay for that higher support tier that they wouldn't still just pull the plug some day without warning. They wouldn't even entertain the suggestion.

I've never looked deep into CF business culture, but there's obviously conflict between the companies "original vision" and what they are right now. All of these shenanigans seems like a big turning point for a lot of stuff at the very least.
There's absolutely some kind of infighting going on within the company over this. I get that the sales drones we talked to weren't supposed to really talk about any of it with us and don't particularly fault them in particular for being so cagey with their answers (if they say the wrong thing they get fired; I can understand that), but the fact that there wasn't a prepared and well-rehearsed response to any of our questions tells me the fur's still flying within the company and nobody actually knows what the "official line" should really be yet.

This is the feel good news I really needed today. YouTube for whatever its faults isn't as pozzed as twitter.
lol nah, Youtube's far worse than twitter. They're just not as nimble and reactive. They're much bigger and despite having a deeper, more advanced infection, bigger machines take longer to make decisions and they move more slowly when carrying them out.

Youtube is walking a tightrope that twitter isn't -- they're dealing with Hollywood studios (and the entire copyright cartel in general) breathing down their neck, high-dollar "influencers," advertisers generating billions in revenue, politicians constantly leaning on them to steer public opinion, their own infestation of woketards and manipulators, incompetent engineers endlessly fucking with The Algorithm(tm). Unlike twitter, which is just basically "winging it," Youtube probably at least occasionally consults their legal team before making policy changes or taking action against high-profile accounts.

I mean, did someone have some kind of blackmail or something? Like someone knew about the business taking shady money from one of the less desirable groups they deal with? Or someone higher up at the company is part of the same child molesting ring as one of the transexuals or something insane like that? (Probably the former more likely than the latter, but you never know with these people)

It sounds nuts, but like you said if it was a genuine violent threat we would've heard about it and they would've gone to the feds, they haven't said the easy option which is that payment processors threatened them which I don't think would've played out that messily. Maybe that's why they're fumbling, because they can't admit to why they did it, maybe they didn't even want it getting out to the rest of the company.

Idk, the more I think about it the less implausible it seems.

Edit: The examples I'm giving are somewhat facetious, but my point is that it sure seems like they could be involved in/with something or someone they don't want people to know about.

That way everyone will shorten it to KKK and that'll be very funny.

correct me if i'm wrong, but iirc duncan was invited onto nick's yt stream for "the debate", and he was late because he was trying to figure out how to simultaneously stream it on his own twitch channel without nick's knowledge. iirc, that's also why duncan's wife told him to stop, because he was being humiliated in front of his own audience, and nick did not become aware of this until after the fact.

so, how is it legitimate for duncan to now claim that nick "used slurs on me, he used the f-slur, [ ... ] and he used it while he was live on twitch, while being a twitch affiliate"? or for duncan to assert that "as an affiliate, he [nick] is responsible for what he says on my stream"?

i understand that duncan is a disingenuous douche, and that twitch enforces arbitrary off-site violations, but nick was not streaming on twitch, nor was he aware that duncan was streaming the debate, so how is this legitimate?

and nick did not become aware of this until after the fact.
If you're talking about Nick not knowing Duncan was simulstreaming to his own twitch, nah Nick knew about it because duncan like the retard he is accidentally showed his twitch chat while setting up.

Complete cuck fail from top to bottom. Duncan is the load his mother should have choked and died on.

Nick Rekieta was pulling 20-30k concurrent viewers on his livestreams on Rumble. This put him constantly on the front page whenever he streamed. Youtube really isn't to be trusted.

As the old saying of Julius Caesar goes:
"I assure you I had rather be the first man here than the second man in Rome."
or alternatively:
"First in a village rather than second in Rome."

That was one of the more lengthy awkward silences during the meeting. I brought this up specifically (both their blog history praising free speech and then their full 180 on their "we're not banning anybody" stance with KF. I asked them directly, "if you're willing to make a public statement telling people off for demanding censorship and regretting ever banning anyone, and then turn around less than 48 hours later and ban someone anyway, how can we even remotely trust your service?"

The best assurance they could offer (after a lot of back-and-forth) was "well if there's ever any kind of controversy we'd talk to you first before we took any action" along with a vague promise that they'd give us a "couple of days" to transfer off the platform if it ever came to that.
Assuming this is true, which, internet, so bear with me, I have to wonder if nobody in this meeting pressed them on the fact that, unlike the previous two times clownflare chose to drop a customer, this time they actually redirected the site to their gay statement, (a statement which was borderline defamatory) if this is going to be how clownflare is going to handle dropping clients, and should it happen to Moocow Inc. that they should expect an eloquence at their doorstep, so there better be a special "no faggot redirects" clause in that contract and forward contracts, should they happen.

I also have to wonder why and how clownflare could be so thoroughly retarded to make "vague promises" as opposed to talking of reworking the contract, because as far as I am concerned, when it comes to business, if it isn't on paper it never happened.

A lot of their answers strike me so that, while there's no definite "line" their drones have been told to give to customers yet, the company is still behind the decision, tough that may be the cynic in me.

member when Youtube used to show actual trending videos in the trending section instead the Dailey Shoah, MSM, and John Oliver?
