It can do single lane traffic up and down still but that is massive delays

It is also possible that russia just fucking sucks at bridge construction and they forgot to use enough flex tape to secure the bridge to the bearings, meaning that the small explosion caused by the truck driver carelessly lighting a cigarette after drinking his afternoon bleach vodka was enough to rip it asunder

The truck exploded on the right road span and it was large enough to push the left road span further left off its bearings. I dont think the damage in that picture needed a detonation under the span to happen. The fireball looked like it was at least a couple hundred feet in diameter, absolutely huge amount of explosive power
