I was watching Surfer's stream where he comments on Shaggy and Axle's stream, Shaggy has to be the biggest fucking retard ever. It's so fucking obvious Axle swatted Shaggy and he is just completely oblivious to it. In that video we see once more Axle not only encouraging Shaggy to provide false testimony to the police, but by playing the call that got Shaggy swatted, he broadcasted Shaggy's real name, also confirmed that Shaggy address is available in said call, and clearly provided to the audience the source from where they could easily access said call, Esoteric Shaggyism twitter (not to mention Axles well prepared excuse (since a few streams before) that "he does not how to call to America" so he "has to" use this retard):

The Earjuice video is an extremely damning video, yet so many spectators who watched the video need to understand how much of the material used against @Jester69 / Phantom Organization / Axle was recorded and shared by Axle himself. The only reasonable explanation to this long withhold audios is the individuals who worked with Earjuice were in it with the "jokes" until they were stripped from their mod role or kicked from the Discord server. Suspicion should be high with these people of interest for that fact alone. Why a Killstream stream sniper would find himself in this situation ? The answer to this question comes from three sources.

TL;DW - Axle argues that EVERYONE in the Council of Evil tried to help Alandrian's situation. Talk him into taking his medication as the meds gave him diahrea, stop eating food with dangerous amounts of sodium for his state, seek physical treatment and get him to lose weight to get the liver transplant he needed. The episodes where Alandrian smeared his feces on the wall and called the nurse were because he didn't liked the food they served him and asked the guys on the server to tell him how to get back at her.

What am I not being honest about? I honestly don't understand what I did wrong here. I didn't ask Bryan do do anything. He came to me with information about him being Threatened by Dj Axle with some police bullshit. Which coincided with dj Axle threatening me with police action, and years behind bars because I was the OP of this thread. Bryan suggested some radical actions to retaliate. I have yet to follow any of those suggestions. Because that was all it was, suggestions. I don't know how I can stop anyone suggesting things to me.
Dj axle feel inconvenienced by me for "doxing" him. Even though he wasn't bothered by it earlier. I guess I shouldn't have been a DSP moderator 5 years ago, and argued with Bryan. Not much I can do about that now though...

The context behind this recording is different from the ones Earjuice presented. The context behind the other ones was Axle recording them and giving them to Grossly Offensive, this recent one with Pamperchu there's nothing I could find publicly on who recorded it and Esoteric Shaggyism published it.
