Depends what happens in Europe.
The chances that a no shit ground war will break out between NATO and Russia over Ukraine are pretty low barring Putler using a WMD or attacking a member. It's not just the risk of nuclear war, NATO is not fit to carry a ground war against Russia. Even the relatively limited supply of munitions to Ukraine has meant scraping the barrel of their armoury. Equally Russia is incapable of launching a sustained attack against NATO.
The game is to keep Europe within US hegemonic influence and to resist the rise of Eurasia, particularly China. Europe was seen as too dependent on Russian energy and Chinese manufacturing hence the maniacal drive to install puppet regimes into Russia's near neighbours (only partially successful) and to instigate a color revolution in Moscow (a complete failure). So if the US does increase it's troop presence in Europe it will be to keep the Euros in line not to defend against a Russian attack that will never happen. Consider the coming winter and the next. How will the Biden regime respond to mass civil unrest caused by electricity blackouts and economic collapse among major European allies? If the government of Germany looks like it will collapse and be replaced with one more amenable to dealing with Putler? How will the burgers respond to that? The sabotage of Nord Stream is an obvious attempt to cut that off before it can happen, but nevertheless millions of Germans will be cold, hungry and unemployed. If the worse comes to pass I fully expect the Americans to start shipping troops over to 'bolster Europe's defence against Russian threats'.

Any war against the Russians that would be protracted enough to require a draft would escalate into a nuclear exchange long before any draftees finished basic training.

That won't happen because if they want low-quality soldiers armed with good equipment, they already have millions and millions of Ukrainians led by their NATO advisors to feed into the meat grinder since actual Ukrainian people unlike their (((oligarchs))) are just expendable pawns to the children of Ukrainian Nazi collaborators and Ukrainian Jews (who hate Ukrainians because Ukraine has been since the 1600s a hotbed of antisemitism) in our deep state. Drafting zoomers and millenials will get them nowhere. Oh, and don't forget the fact direct intervention means nuclear war in which case it doesn't matter how many soldiers you have, it's over in days.
Admittedly it would be funny to see them try a draft. The slacktivists with the Ukrainian flag banners might get a little pissed when they can't post on Twitter and coom all day. They'd have to build concentration camps to hold all the draft resistors.

Because abortion and the black population has a very... schizophrenic relationship. Broadly condemned from a religious standpoint but used in disturbingly large numbers by the female population. One big reason this is so for the unfamiliar: There was a generally accepted holding pattern on Abortion where even supporters of it saw it, at best, as an unpleasant necessity - terrible shit like ectopic pregnancies and anacephaly happen, and that is a big reason the original holding pattern held as long as it did. However, that isn't enough for the Progressives; the mere idea that what they want is not the law in a place they will never be or have anything to do with offends them, and in that drive to enforce their values on people who would have otherwise been content to be left the fuck alone, they alienated massive swaths of their own side.
Shit like the Doctor bragging about how they ensure no accidentally delivered baby that occurs during a procedure survives is fucking sick, and leaves a bad taste in the mouths of even diehard lefties. The progs don't understand that there is a fucking middle ground here; they are so obsessed with pushing forward that they don't care that their optics are doing far more damage to their own cause than any anti-abortion argument could ever do on its own. When you have people bragging about the number of fetuses they've yeeted, you wind up with wet blanket lefty tree-huggers finding more common ground with anti-abortion protestors than the current era of activists. Fucking surreal to witness.

because it energizes their base, and isn't enough of an off-putting issue for independents compared to inflation or border security to really impact their numbers. Blacks and Hispanics might be put off, but they're either captive demographics or don't really vote in off years. plus, what are they gonna do, vote Republucsn and be labeled as Uncle Toms by their communities?
