A little update for this bald woman here

It depresses me to see "trans regretter" thinking that detransition means you have to have to go back into looking like a barbie girl for TIF or macho man for TIM and therefore they're "too late". They still have an autistic mindset of how men and women should look like. Being a woman isn't just pretty hair and dress. It's in your genes, your bodily structure, in your cells, and in fact that she was born with ovaries and all that female equipment. (That's also why troons think they pass too.. they see these specific things as a "signifier" that they're the opposite sex without looking at larger picture...)

In fact there's a lot of account of former TIF stopping testosterone and starting to regrow some of their lost hair. I think she still looks like a woman. Will Smith's wife still look like a woman. Of course you have "very little estrogen and adult male level testosterone" because you've still on hormones, shit takes months to rebalance itself again. she hasn't had hysterectomy.

I feel sad for her because there are irreversible losses, but she fell into the typical detrans bingo.

Clearly, he has learned nothing if he is still promoting this body horror on other poor souls. Just because his outcome is one of the worst does not mean that the outcome in most other operations is anything to write home about. At best, your genitals are mangled with no additional complications. There is no good outcome. The insanity just radiates off this one.

Its sunk cost fallacy in action. If he even allows himself to consider that maybe, he made a huge fucking mistake its over, the fucking clownshow he has centered his life around will stop, the Big Top will come down, and he'll be crushed under its weight.

The flippancy of these people and their cheerleaders towards a major surgery in some of the most sensitive areas of the body is just ludicrous. It’s even worse with the phallos because they constantly have a reminder on their arms of what they’ll never have again: a functioning sex organ. No wonder so many of these people end up killing themselves.

I forgot which particular phallo disaster set it off, but I was thinking about phalloplasties in relation to male urethras. I think the average young FtM would associate health problems related to that area with females, not males, because young women are more vulnerable to UTIs (because of the shorter female urethra). But long urethras come with their own set of health problems, they just tend to come out later in life.

The length of the male urethra means men are more likely to get issues like strictures (caused by scar tissue), because there is more tissue there to damage, and because the "external" nature of male genitals makes the urethra more vulnerable to injury. Same with cancer: urethral cancer mostly affects males. That's leaving aside prostate issues. The bigger and more complicated the organ, the more things can go wrong. So even this natural, homegrown structure has its own weaknesses and problems.

The other issue is: if you have a long urethra, your body has to be good at moving all that pee through it so that it doesn't get stuck somewhere and stagnate. And the male urethra seems to have a lot of tricks to do this, judging by the way it changes over its course:

The "urethral lengthening" urethra doesn't have any of these adaptations. It's just skin! Sewed on in a way that seems almost designed to cause strictures!

I suppose if you are not a specialized medical professional who regularly sews women's armskin to their crotches, you could be forgiven for not really contemplating these issues, and just thinking of a male urethra as a pee-tube made of whatever. But one would think GRS surgeons would give it a little more consideration.

The urethra is the hole you see that looks like a dickhead. The “vagina” is under this.

Unfortunately both of these “afters” are the best they can make. I don’t think they realize that the urethra in a real vagina is barely visible to the naked eye.

Cyana has the best results in this thread. It looks shallow, I'm off to see if it's near-zero-depth, which is usually when results are best. it's still not going to be fully functional as a vulva or vagina but it's reasonably healed and from a brief glance, wouldn't create questions.

I remember seeing the bit about how it looked like it was designed with a shotgun but I was too lazy to go dig thru his post history. Semper fidelis for doing that bc it is now like my favourite disgusting body horror post ever. That is just foul in so many ways. Just absolute carnage and half the pics have lighting that really show how pale and sickly the skin tone is too. It’s like a blobfish brought to the surface rapidly and then just bludgeoned aggressively and left to rot in the sun for 2 weeks.

This thread has now peaked and I can’t foresee any other post outdoing this one. Honorable mention to the part of his story where he had to stick his hand in his own ass and pull out his week-old shit.

Despite probably being the least disgusting ditch I've ever seen here, it still looks nothing like a vulva. There is a massive chunk of dick at the top, it's weirdly open and cavernous (unlike an actual vagina it's not a muscular canal and just an open skin tube) and most importantly, there is HAIR already growing in it.

And let's not let the horror-crotch distract us from the medical mistreatment in Samara's posts. Dr Kuzon slices up his crotch while distracted and thinking about his next vacation property, and then he has to beg for medication. He has to beg all over again for follow-up care when his surgery site starts rotting, and Kuzon hands him off to a resident who doesn't bother to fix his wound separation. Nurses forget to remove the catheter strap from his leg. He has his crotch examined, while crying, by 7 or 8 people, apparently without his input on whether he wants them there, and is so broken by the experience that he is grateful for the guy who takes the catheter anchor off his leg a week after it should have been removed.

Isn't it weird how these heroic surgical teams performing life-saving gender-affirming care all behave like lazy sociopaths who only care about their patients' insurance money? Almost as if the whole industry is driven by the pursuit of easy cash, rather than a genuine desire to match people's bodies up with their magical gender spirits.
