Kanye West claims George Floyd died by fentanyl; Floyd’s family considers lawsuit - Saint Ye vs Saint George

Kanye West continues to create outrage.

The outspoken rapper contended in a new interview that George Floyd died of the drug fentanyl, and not from the actions of the Minnesota police officer who was convicted of his murder.

“They hit him with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that,” West claimed on Sunday’s episode of the Revolt TV show “Drink Champs.”

West, 45, made the claim after saying he recently attended the premiere of “Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM,” a documentary by conservative commentator Candace Owens.

Floyd died in May 2020 after officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck for about nine minutes. Chauvin was sentenced to 22 1/2 years behind bars last year on murder and manslaughter charges in Minnesota, and 21 years in July after a federal trial.

West’s comments could prompt legal action, civil rights attorney Lee Merritt said Sunday.

“While one cannot defame the dead, the family of #GeorgeFloyd is considering suit for Kanye’s false statements about the manner of his death,” Merritt tweeted. “Claiming Floyd died from fentanyl not the brutality established criminally and civilly undermines & diminishes the Floyd family’s fight.”

West was also critical during the interview of comedian Pete Davidson, who dated the rapper’s ex, Kim Kardashian, after she filed for divorce last year. He referenced Kardashian recently saying on the Hulu series “The Kardashians” that her grandmother once raved about having sex in front of a fireplace.

“Kim is a Christian,” West, who has four kids with Kardashian, said on “Drink Champs.”

“On TMZ, I just saw yesterday, they said, ‘Pete Davidson and Kim have sex by the fireplace to honor their grandmother.’ It’s Jewish Zionists that’s about that life, that’s telling this Christian woman that has four Black children to put that out as a message in the media.”

West’s appearance on the show follows a string of controversial behavior by the rapper, whose Instagram account was restricted earlier this month after he allegedly made antisemitic comments.

The American Jewish Committee accused West of “Anti-Jewish posts,” pointing to a screen shot of a text message conversation with rapper Diddy in which West allegedly wrote, “Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me.”

Meanwhile, a tweet in which West said he would go “death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE” was taken down from that platform.

Kanye understand the difference between a black man and a nigger.

It's racist to say that George Floyd deserved to die? No. It isn't. He did nothing to contribute society and even worse he did a lot of harm and served no purpose on this earth.

Yet saying that makes people uncomfortable because they think he was black. And you cannot say anything bad about black people.

But George Floyd wasn't black, he was a nigger. And everyone knows he was a nigger from the hood... Yet they easily try to make it seem like the guy didn't robbed, did drugs, punch pregnant women, was an excon, etc. Because it doesn't line up with their narrative of "protecting black people".

But again, Floyd was a nigger. Wasn't a black guy. He was a nigger.

A black guy did something productive with his life, a nigger doesn't...

Kanye is a farmer. No doubts about it.

If someone takes a poison that will kill them in 15 minutes, but then theyre stabbed and bleed to death, what is the cause of death?
If someone takes a poison that will kill them in 15 minutes, but then a video appears that makes it look like they were stabbed, the entire media apparatus shouts from the rooftops that he was stabbed, but he wasn't actually stabbed, what was the cause of death?

Are you saying that the knee being where it was could not in any concievable way even  slightly impair a person's breathing?

Yes. His breathing trouble was caused by the pulmonary edema in his lungs from the massive overdose of fentanyl. He was claiming he could not breath before he was put on the ground in the first place. You haven't seen the entire video, have you?

People think that Floyd has 11 times the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system when he died. That's incorrect. Metabolisation of fentanyl ceases upon death. So you look at the norfentanyl in the autopsy report which is the breakdown product of fentanyl and you realise the dosage was even higher still. It's entirely possible that Floyd swallowed a stash of the stuff when he saw police approaching.

In any case, I beseech the universe for the family to actually sue, lose and Kanye prove to the world that this was a lie and Chauvin was jailed for political expediency rather than justice. PLEASE let Floyd's family's greed be the undoing of this travesty.

If you can, can you cite where that autopsy came from?
You've already been answered but in case not aware, this was the first autopsy. There was a second privately commissioned which also showed no evidence that physical pressure contributed to his death also. Just in case you get into a conversation and someone asks which autopsy. In any case, it's verified and in order to fake this you'd have to a have not insignificant conspiracy involving multiple different parts of the autopsy and biolabs parts cooperating and at what risk and for what purpose and financed by who given the entire establishment was rallying around Floyd at the time? So yes - Floyd died from an OD.

ive seen the video, its not directly on the neck, but there IS weight on the neck. just because it wasnt directly on the windpipe doesnt mean it didnt impair his breathing. im aware he wouldnt have died had he not been on drugs, but any external force that contributes to someones death IS the cause of death.
So firstly, two separate medical examiners found no evidence of physical trauma consistent with that. So it's a hypothetical anyway. Secondly, neck vertebrae are not a bendy rope that can be casually deformed and then pull back into shape. It's not like pressing on someone sternum where it's designed to go in and out. I invite you to watch Steven Crowder's video where he has someone of Chauvin's weight kneeling on the back of his neck pretty damn hard (harder than Chauvin almost certainly did) for the entire length of time Chauvin did and talking throughout. I'd also invite you to try this experiment: move your head from angled fully back and then down to chin on test. Move slowly from one to the other as many times as you like, pausing when you feel like it, whilst placing fingers of both hands on the back of your neck and pulling forward hard as you want. As you go through all possible positions you will not feel at any moment that the pressure on the back is felt in your wind pipe. The human neck simply doesn't work that way. You'd have to actually dislocate or crush vertebrae before it impacted the windpipe. The knee on neck technique is a taught position for use when the subject is thrashing around on a hard surface and you need to stop them from bashing their head against the road, for example. It was, in fact, the correct technique for Chauvin to use. Although as you acknowledge yourself, Chauvin moved his knee to the shoulder on multiple occasions.

REWRITE BECAUSE I ANSWERED WITHOUT READING LIKE A SPED. i actually do feel slight pressure on my windpipe when i press from the same angle. im confused as to why everyone think its impossible. i literally dont breath as easy when pushing in with just two fingers from behind the shoulder towards the neck

EDIT 2: reread again for comprehension. i getcha. you're right

In my eyes...

impossible to prove either way. yes he may have died from the fentanyl & meth alone had he not been knee-necked, but the fact he asphyxiated with a guys knee on his neck makes that the de facto cause of death. fight me.

The prolonged knee procedure did contribute to Floyd's passing as a final blow. But, his overdose of fentanyl before the interaction needs to be accounted for. His body was running on overdrive through stress. Everybody seems to ignore the objective fact that Floyd was a chronic drug user, even before that interaction.

If nothing else, he would've died of an overdose and everybody would've moved on. That's just the harsh reality.

Problem is that the angle at which he was kneeling on Floyd wasn't on his neck, it was on his upper back. The full footage shows this, and it's a standard restraint procedure. I can't remember if they got anybody to take someone up on it, but there was the infamous point in the trial where a demonstration of the technique was offered to show this.

Saying that it contribute to his passing, especially as a final blow, is about as accurate as saying the gas station he was walking out of contributed to his passing. Guy died full-on from the drug cocktail in his system especially given that most folks wouldn't have even been alive let alone standing with the shit that was on the toxicology report.

Even though both KanYYYYYYYE and Georgie Porgie are absolutely qualified gangstalicious niggaz from da hood, the reality is that Mr. Floyd is very unlikely to have died from an OD, and many of you nerds seem to have bought the cuckservatard propaganda in full.
Lemme fix reality for you:
- George should've not used fake bill
- using fake bill and snorting speedballs is not a death sentence
- George should've not resisted da police
- da police should not have stood on his dumb neck for half an hour while discussing anime
- the negroes and whitoid "allies" should've not chimped out because of police being incompetent rednecks
- the state, at the time with blompf at the front, should not have tolerated the negroid chimpout, nor the CHAZ shitlibbery spergout
- anyone that tolerated the chimpout is too low IQ to be of use in civilized society
- law should've been allowed to take its course
There is plenty of data in the autopsy to reach your own conclusions if you're somewhat medically trained. Since most of you seem able to clock trannies and don't like troons lying about their sex, you should also not like cuckservatards lying about a fentanyl death.
