Wake me up when this company finally undergoes it's heat death and I no longer have to be jumpscared by MurderOfBirds RWBY reaction videos on my YT recommended feed.

The sooner everyone just fucks off and realises that RoosterTeeth died 6 years ago, the better. I feel no joy from seeing these events unfold, just quiet acceptance that they're all scumbags that have had their day in the sun.

Hurry up and ask them to start counting rabbits, Warner.
Look at the flowers, Ruby. Just look at the flowers.

Speaking of Joel here’s a recent tweet. ( this tweet is ultra vague and could be nothing but I consider it worth putting here)

kdin with another tweet that’s hilarious and I Arryn has made her statement that has a very true fact in her statement. And that is kdin wouldn’t be known if it wasn’t for RT

This honestly doesn’t feel like “Oh, such a shitty company!”, but snakes coming out. RT has been a shitty company for years and it’s well-known here that there’s a fuckload of internal politicking. Kathleen Zuelch got fired because she said that Barbara is a slut and bad influence irl somewhere and got canned for it.

The chicken have been coming home to roost for a while on this shit and it never really climaxes. These people constantly cover for each other, now RT covered up for Ryan and Adam according to some disgruntled employee who didn’t say shit during that drama.

I mean, if you go back and listen to the old podcasts, especially the audio only ones (they're still super funny if you're looking for a nostalgia kick), they're very open about crunch and go into detail about how people fuck up their mental and physical health and sleep at the office for it. They never even tried to hide it and I guess things just never changed even when they accumulated a retarded amount of employees.

I think this was brought up when the first crunch fiasco happened, they expected all of their employees to be willing to do crunch just like they did when it was just them in the beginning working on a passion project. Crunch was just part of their work culture, more or less.
And their employees did do it. They were happy to do it.

There's also the part when RT was in the early rapid growth phase: the more they worked, the more income the company got and the more they got paid. Wasn't just investing time in a passion project for its own reward.
Yeah, I was more referencing the early, early days of RvB Season 1 and such. Mid-Roosterteeth (from before 2015) still had a bunch of fans who genuinely believed in the company. So they were invested in making their dream grow. They were willing to put in the crunch because they were part of the family.
How fast did Roosterteeth grow employee-wise anyway? I know after the Congress office it bloated pretty fast.

Aleks moved away from LA forever ago.
Then he was the last of the House era crew to do so.
Gotta love how the parasocial weirdos in the fandom desperately try to find a way to avoid cancelling the middle-aged manchildren they think are their internet friends:

They totally didn't know that faggot and nigger are offensive terms, you guys, a decade ago nobody knew those terms were bad. They've really grown up in recent years (aka they know that they can get cancelled for saying that shit and lose their eceleb gravy train, so now they're pretending to be whatever is currently politically correct). And this middle-aged shitlib white woman is "non-binary"; she knows what it's like to be an oppressed sexual minority!
I like this whole shit about how "they were much younger then, the internet and the world were different places." Nigger, it was SEVEN FUCKING YEARS AGO. They were still in their mid 20s when they were using this shit. They knew it was wrong but still did it. It's not like people aren't taught about slavery in this country in school.
If you used nagger or faggot in professional settings 10, 20, even 30 years ago, you'd get fired or shunned.

It's such bullshit trying to act like 2012 was a lifetime ago, sure the woke shit has gotten more pervasive but it was never OK to use those words. The only people using nagger in 2012 were black people, legit racists and dumb teens trying to be offensive in online games.
It was seven years ago, so we're talking 2015. This was when the extreme left/height of SJWism was cemented as a permanent feature in America thanks to Trumps campaign and eventual win. They were literally shitting on Trump supporters for being "racist, homophobic, and transphobic" while openly using the words they claimed people should be cancelled and fired for.

I'm sure this has been said before but I used to watch Kdin like 10 years ago when he was still calling himself Tatsudoshi on YouTube doing LPs and he was definitely dropping heavy and frequent Nigger bombs in his videos (I remember specifically in his "Ninja Baseball Batman" video with a guy named Corn n' Bourbon) which is why he DFE'd when he went to go work for AH. All that to say the hypocrisy of this faggot is mind-blowing.
I wanted to see what this thread was like once I heard about the new bomb at RT. And hearing that apparently Kdin was maybe a whistle blower (forgive me if I got that wrong, I ain't going back 20 pages for details) is strangely fitting for me. Back when she was a he, they were honestly one of my inspirations for YouTube minus the edgy bullshit. They got me into a bunch of games that are now my favorite (even ones they hated), I still occasionally quote some of the memorable moments for their Condemned Let's Play, and i genuinely look back at that era as the golden age of Let's Plays. And now here they are nearly 10 years after the nuked everything am I reminded of their existence once again. Idk. It feels like no matter what I do I will forever have to hear what bullshit they get into.

The latest AH videos are heavily disliked with (almost) every comment bringing up Matt. I think it's interesting comparing that to twitter where almost every reply to RT's official statement is about kdin. I know it's preaching to the converted, but twitter really is the worst
The ones talking about Kdin never actually watched the Let’s Plays.

Maybe he shouldn't have been so talentless if he didn't want to be called out on it.
"The company I worked for physically, mentally, and emotionally abused me and I stuck with it for years and only now am I saying anything instead of putting my foot down when it was occurring." This faggot literally lives his life on his knees, can't imagine anybody making him go lower, and the fact that he never said anything despite it being highly likely he wasn't the only person being abused like that means he helped feed the culture. Kdin is the same fucking way. He will suck up to RT if it helps further his dead career as a ENVtuber or shit on them and the people who worked with. Everybody with work connections to RT should be hanged just to make the world a better place and increase the average IQ of the States a good 30 points.

I always find myself asking how some of these early YouTubers (and other sites) create a company and let it get so bloated with people you don't need. I'm not saying you can't coordinate or do stuff with others; but when your content was fucking around with Machinima, Let's Plays, or whatever, you don't need the status of being a real and honest 100% adult business. Be stealthy millionaires and huge contractors for one-time/seasonal shit like merch or whatever.

It may be, because I'm on the outside looking in; but the less moving parts (people) you have, the easier it is to keep things simple and focused.

Also, the last good RWBY season was when they got picked for Blaz Blue Cross-Tag Battle.
